I don't know if you will see this, Maria, but I just want to say that I'm so proud of you for knowing what you need for your mental health. I know it's never easy to lose a loved one, especially one as magical as Blue. It's so incredibly important to allow yourself to mourn in exactly the way you know how. We love you. Having had a best doggie friend for 14 years and then he was killed. I understand what you are going through. He was a beagle and his name was Trapper. I still miss him like crazy and talk about him. He died 27 years ago but it seems like yesterday. Love and hugs. Miss Thang will dry your tears and give you kisses because she is missing Blue also. Love and hugs to both of you.❤❤❤❤

I think you are doing the right thing in your grief by removing yourself from the space you shared with your loved one in order to grieve and get perspective. When my 15-year-old son died of cancer, I knew I needed to do that exact same thing, but I just couldn't, we had five other children, we couldn't afford to take them all and I certainly didn't want to leave them while they were in their grief as well. I was not easy. I am so glad that your Mom came to Ireland to be with you. That is so needed and such a blessing for you. May God continue to bless you as you grieve your loyal companion, Blue. We have all grown to love him as well, and grieve with you. What a gift he was to you. ❤

The eggs in Europe are not refrigerated because unlike in the US, they are _not_ washed. As such, they retain a natural protective barrier which helps prevent spoiling. Glad to see you back. So sorry about Blue.

The UK and Europe also vaccnte their chickens from salmonella. Many in the UK and Europe still refrigerate their eggs anyway. Especially younger ppl. Doesn't hurt to, even keeps them longer.

eggs are not refrigerated in Brazil too like I mean you could put them in there but it’s not gonna make much of a difference?? I never knew that was the reason 😂😂 my American friend also told me she thinks it’s odd that in Brazil grocery stores milk are also not refrigerated but in that case it has to be refrigerated just once you’ve opened I thought it was like that everywhere… living and learning 😂

I've been nervous to watch your videos moving forward because the loss of Blue feels so intense (and present) but quite honestly even just a few minutes into this video even though I'm not seeing him actively with you I feel so surely he's here with us. Just like how we're all with you on these trips, but not quite THERE with you. I feel like Blues spirit is heavily present. Glad you're treating yourself, a little change is good!

I’m 52 and once my adult kids get some stability I plan on venturing out to fulfill my dreams. I cried when I heard about Blue, it’s so difficult when we lose our best friend. Hey! I’ve been a silent watcher for a while but I just wanna say, I lost my pup of 14 years a couple of months ago and a word of advice, it doesn’t really get easier, but you come to terms with it and find comforting ways to cope. Nothing was harder than coming home after it happened to see her food, toys, and bed still out. It’s hard, it reallllllly is, gosh nobody prepares you for it, but it’s so warming to look back and think about all of the wonderful memories you made. Every time you find a little hair on your clothes even after they’ve passed, or see that smudge on the glass they used to stare out of, just know you gave him the best life possible and that he thought the world of you as you did him. Losing a life companion is a bitter sweet thing. ❤

However, that wonderful dog had some of the greatest experiences in life because of who you are and the way you live.. there are so many animals out there that never get to live such a glorious life like you gave blue. Once again, I am truly sorry for the loss of your companion and best friend. RIP Blue… You couldn’t have picked a more beautiful place to get away to ….

I'm glad you are getting a change of scenery. I'm a funeral director, my fur baby passed right after Blue did, she was 13 but, I am still devastated. I thought I was prepared, I wasn't. I don't think that when you feel such love for another creature, that the loss can be anything but, heartbreaking. Keep caring for you and Taz and know that you'll be reunited with Blue someday. Every time you snapped a picture I teared up because Blue was always posing for you. I almost didn't watch because it is so sad. I feel so bad for you but also want to keep supporting you. I have prayed everyday that God will help you thru this loss. My search thru the Bible, knowing we will see our loved ones, gave a foggy reference to the pets we formed a close attachment. But then it says that when heaven is placed on Earth, we will be loved and love one another. I can't see how Heaven can be just us and God without our pets. So I believe we will not only see our pets but will live forever with them by our side again. So I can't wait until I see Blu and you Maria together again, I'll hug you both.

I just found out about the devastating news that Blue passed away while Watching your video on Ireland I couldn't help looking over at the passenger seat where Blue used to sit and and expecting to see him. I'm pretty sure you do the same thing . Please take care of yourself during this difficult time grieve when you need to cry when you need to but know that Blue had a marvelous life . When she hit the "beach" at Glendalough I felt such a profound sense of loss. I half expected to see Blue tearing across the screen, having the time of his life. It feels so empty without him. I'm so sorry for your loss Maria. The grief is palpable.

HI Maria, I heard an amazing song a couple of hrs. ago & it made me think of you & Blue. That last video you dedicated to Blue, that piano & video just melted my heart. Listen to the song " Someone You Loved" by Lewis Capaldi. He wrote that song for his grandma who passed away several yrs. ago. Lewis struggles from tourette's syndrome & I'm sure his grandma probably helped him through his struggles... During a couple of his stage performances, his fans have helped him sing when he was having an involuntary episode... Just wanted to share that song with you because You have always been such a loving mom to Blue...💙🦮🐶🧎‍♀️🙏

The USA is one of the only counties that requires eggs to be washed and then they must be refrigerated. When a hen lays and egg a clear coating called the "bloom" naturally seals the egg from outside contaminates, therefore they do not need to be washed and can be keep in a cool pantry for up to 4- 6 months without spoiling! Once washed, the bloom no longer keeps the egg safe and must be refrigerated. Your trivial knowledge tip for the day from a former chicken farmer...bock bock

Blue was such a good boy. He knew how loved he was. Man our fur babies really do leave a big gaping pit where they used to be...But I do believe they come back someday in another form or be there waiting for you when it's your time. Either way, you'll see him again and you'll know it's him.

What a trip to take. I know you are missing blue. Im sad we didnt get to say goodbye to blue so I can only imagine your grief. I know he was ill, but was it sudden like out of nowhere? You will see him again, you have lots of wonderful videos to treasure his memory and now you have a new adventure to start with the new puppy. Nothing will replace blue but new pup will enhance yours. I still cry over my Tuffy who died in 1980 and my spots who died in 2009. Many, many of us have felt your sadness through personal experiences and yours. My Chihuahua passed away years ago, and then a few years later I adopted another one and she is my little princess. Took a bit to build that “bond” but we indeed did! Time truly does heal wound’s! So give yourself some (time). Everyone heals differently. 💜🤍💜 We love you

Maria, I found your channel when I was grieving my companion Bella. Bella is an 11 year old mastiff/shepard who was my best and only companion for 10 years. She passsed on November 13, 2023 and my life crashed down on me. I sobbed while watching your videos and still sometimes do. Time will never make this feel better, but it will help. Keep reaching out for support and keep allowing yourself to grieve. On June 12, 2024 I brought home a new friend named Huckleberry. He has brought so much joy and companionship back into my life. He keeps me busy with training and often reminds me of my sweet girl. I have cried so many less tears in the past 2 weeks, the skin under my eyes is finally catching a break. Your platform has helped me not feel alone in this journey of life. Thank you for sharing your story and thank you for sharing Blue. I am glad you chose to visit Ireland and make a video for us all to see this beautiful country. I know how hard it is too loose on of our family pets. The grief is real and I am proud of you getting back out doing what you love. Blue was the best dog. I am so glad your Mom came to spend time with you in Ireland. What a caring Mom you have. You should come to the island of Newfoundland, Canada some time! There is A LOTTTT of Irish Culture and Heritage here, and the scenery is absolutely stunning! Home of the friendliest people ever too.

So sorry about Blue, take all the time you need to grieve and it’s okay to cry. I lost my boy named Bear 5 months ago and still cry pretty much daily. Thinking of you and sending a hug ❤❤
