Ingredients:
about 1.5 kg of lamb (Mine is boneless, can be put with bones, even a whole leg)
1 cup of rice (cup has a capacity of 250 ml)
3 bunches of green onions
200 g dock or spinach
2 sprigs of fresh garlic
5-6 sprigs of fresh mint (or 2 tsp dried)
2 tsp paprika
juice of 1/2 lemon
3-4 tbsp. olive oil
4-5 tbsp. oil
salt and pepper to taste
