Also, the way you act towards other people's problems is greatly influenced by your personality type, and thus there are people who will only listen, there are people who will say "I'm sorry", and there are people who will give you the best advice in the matter. I'd rather say that saying "I'm sorry" is the single worst thing you can do, because it doesn't bring anything to the table. It's just stating a fact.
