Goddd Jenn the way 16 year old me saw you (and Sarah in the thrifting days!) as my style bible! I still love a blazer moment because of you (and partly Cassie from Skins). I’d watch your videos, then hit up my thrift stores for things that were similar. Those AA disco pants were my white whale for a long time but I managed to find some last year and I love them so much. Other brands tried to copy them but none are the same as the OG. I’m 27 now and while my style is a lot different to what it was back then, I think the spirit has remained the same. It’s often very homemade or thrifted and I like combining weird patterns and silhouettes. Though like you I’m not a skinny pant person anymore either! I feel like I’ve switched around. I like a tight top and baggy pant now. I work in a clothing store atm and I’ve been having so much fun playing with all the different silhouettes and I’ve gotten into styles I never thought I would there. Goes to show your fashion journey never ends ❤️ but it all started with clothesencounters.
