I loved MyScene dolls bc they could wear Barbie clothes and shoes but also had the pretty and cool Bratz vibes. but wow those last 2 are the absolute worst things I've ever seen

I thought I was gonna hate this video cause I love my scene but it’s so funny, I agree in most of them 😂 Chelsea’s clown look was usual in later my scene lines and I know it’s kitschy and that’s why I like it 😂 the big plush body dolls are super weird looking I own one and it’s not much better in person, the mini skirt and 3/4 thights make my eyes bleed 😫 the dolls look grown up and their clothes are a 6 year old kid’s. Barbie’s night on the town doll for me is brilliant, I know it’s putting unusual pieces together but for me all together looks so chic and formal 😅

So I totally get that basically your critics are based by the fashion trends that time and I cringed at some times (*cough* leggings underneath skirts) and I can agree with that, for sure!! Especially the later My Scene designs, I don't hate them, but when they started doing more intense colourful pieces it blended in too much with Barbie that time. I'm totally biased but the early waves are just perfect to me and I love their dramatic makeup for being 16 year old girlies. It's so fun to me! P.S. I figured My Scene is for me what Monster High is for many people now so it's been my childhood, I loved every bit of it from dolls, to commercials to the website etc. So it's hard for me finding something bad 😝

I don’t remember seeing MyScene in stores-I’m sure they were there but I only remember seeing Bratz and Monster High in the toy section. And wow a lot of these are uhhhh, well they’re dolls and I think that’s all I can say for them 😂

I have the Stylin' Friend Madison and she's actually quite pretty, with super soft hair. I do see your point about the wierd size, but you can bend them into really cute poses. 🌹 The Fab Faces are like aliens! 😅😅😅

You are so cute, I love how you act when you are describing your feelings about dolls :) I can see where you are coming from with them, and agree on some; especially the ones that can change their facial expressions. I believe I had one of them and got rid of her, because I didn't like it. I do love My Scene and wish I had more; maybe at some point. I have only three or four of them right now and think they are pretty dolls; I actually like them better than Bratz which I was never drawn to.

I find it hilarious how almost all one of these is Bling+ era. As soon as they rebranded with those more "sultry" faces they almost immediately lost my interest and I'm left baffled at how they're the most expensive ones. Fab faces are certainly botox failures, but the gimmick left me amused enough to want them because of how hilarious they are! The dresses for the Couples' Night Out (my own personal name for them) and the prom-esque dress definitely weren't the most well-designed. Then again it's hard to make a prom-style dress look nice without either looking garish or bland af lmao. Plus Barbie's skirt for CNO with a SCHOOL UNIFORM TOP??? Girl please! The Styling friends had left me flabbergasted to say the least. My jaw literally dropped in disgusted surprise when I first saw them xD

Well they were released in the 2000s and their fashions reflects the fashion and trends of the time. I love my scene, this was my thing when I was a child/ teen however... My boyfriend CONSTANTLY points out that the fashion is horrible 🤣 and honestly, for some of them, yes... It did not aged well. Also something that is weird to me is they they have this fierce faces and they paired that with the most childish clothing, it looks so weird

I was a bratz kid growing up so I know nothing about my scene this is my first viewing. Um not a fan. The bodies and faces this is just barbie 2.0. Like it looks like someone took barbie and took her to the clinic to get bratz lips. The birthday doll that one is fine. Dress to impress is ok I see what they were going for. Haven't liked any of the other dolls so far. Wait I keep hearing the name barbie is my scene ACTUALLY supposed to be barbie 2.0???? The barbie style friend is straight up gross. Like worse than anything else thus far. Ok yes the faces one is bad, truly terrible, but the style friend is still worse. The faces one is kinda funny its look like you get to pick your own botched face job lol. Based on these dolls my scene looks like legit terrible. I hope there are good ones cuz oof
