OMG THIS WAS MY 18 YR toxic marriage just got out. He allowed me to do it ALL. I was so tired and so happy and peace now. Thank God. I was with a true narcissist seriously. He always told me pimps taught him how to deal with women I should of ran then but I was 20 years old. Now I'm 39 just left and not looking back. Took me a mintue to leave due to our son but realized he was being hurt too. So blesses I was able to leave!

Hi Pastor. I am a 76 year old caucasian female that attends a conservative Christian church. The women in my age range don't seem to be interested in men. It may be because single men in our church stay under the radar or are almost nonexistent, or the women feel passed over, or they don't want to go through what women go through when they date. As a result, the women don't seek out instruction about men. However, I believe whether a woman seeks dating and marriage or not, the instruction you offer is critical to our well being and self esteem. It also raises our awareness, making us more observant. Would you consider doing a video geared to this age group to encourage them that the instruction you offer is not just about them, but the generation following them? As older women, we need to be able to advise younger women intelligently, and not just use our own experience, which may limit our influence.

What if she doesn't have one or wants something more than babysitting grandchildren all the time? My mother in law remarried at 71 and was happily married for 14 years until he passed. They had a full life of traveling, volunteering & exploring shared interests. SMH

@@danilaroche1156 You're absolutely right. With a county of over 9.5M people, you'd think there wouldn't be a shortage of descent men. A lot of them are lovers of themselves; of other men; or in concubine relationships. I tried online dating for the first time and it's even worst. Glad I subscribed to eHarmony for only a few months and cancelled it after the first. Living in Los Angeles, it's even more imperative to focus on God and wait on him. He's the greatest matchmaker.

This is so powerful, I have never pursued a man. I have never chased a man. I have open myself up when I knew I should have listened to my gut feeling. I have never let a man in place to live in. My family has done it but I haven't. I doing good all by myself and God. I love 💖 my peace and space. It took me a long time to get where I am and I 'm not giving that up for anything or anyone. I had that problem. I wasn't anyone secret 😊 I was around I took pictures and I was around the family. I never sex with the individual that I recently walked away from. He had red flags 🚩. I heard that. That's what I tell people. Exactly 💯 that's what I did. I walked away and I 'm doing so much better. I experienced more than one of these traps. Thanks for the information.❤❤

Yes, my father was a womanizer too! My parents has five daughters and three sons. He didn’t love my mom or us. He truly suffered and died at the age of 68. My mom was a good woman, wife, and mom, she died at the age of 83. I believe marriage should be forever/Black love. I was married for 13 years and I wanted it to be forever. I am divorced. I tried everything to saved my marriage. I was married once and my ex has been married 4 times. I want to get married again but I want a man that truly loves God. Ladies need to truly trust and wait on God for her mate/spouse. Importantly, let the man pursue you. Women should be celibate until her wedding night! Pastor Blakes message was truth and on point. Ladies don’t want to be alone. All seven points was good, when Pastor talked about “if a man says he loves you”. I said wow! Love is an action word, we don’t need soul ties. I felt that I was in a soul ties. I let it go . I am going to truly wait on my man of God because God knows what is best for me. Ladies let us wait for Gods’s best! Let the godly men pursue us! We don’t want boys we want men that truly loves God. I thank God for Pastor Blakes for telling women the truth about how a man thinks! 🙏🏾🙏🏾

I just ended a one-year relationship. I am 48 years old and he was 53 years old. I had the beginning he was very attentive. We went out places together. He also dinner for me and my 14-year-old son several times. Then all the sudden as a relationship progress he’s starting to slack off, not wanting to go anywhere as much and also move into my house without me even discussing it. I would ask him for half of the bills and he would do it sometime, will take a long time to pay. I end I ended the relationship two months ago because I want someone in my life that’s going to bring something to the table along with me not taking away from me and my son.

Mannnn, this message right here!!!! All I can do is thank God for it! Yesterday, I realized how a guy was wasting my time and I was angry and disappointed b/c he had pursued me over and over again after I told him that I wasn't interested in having "relations" with him. He lives in my neighborhood and I ran into him when I was facing a situation with my daughter. We spent time on the phone and/or in person daily and I noticed that he never followed through on anything but he tried to use possibly all of the 7 tactics mentioned. I'm so happy that I didn't have a desire to sleep with him but nonetheless, I felt heartbroken when my eyes became opened. I often analyze my feelings and was wondering why I was so disappointed and when you said that "hope deferred makes the heart sick" it all made sense. I'm pretty selective and when this lil demon told me that I'm always on point with my observations I wanted to knock his head off. lol...Thanks for the teachings - It's so necessary in this world of dating!

You smell the traps and run, every one around you say you're unforgiving (like when you don't give a second chance to someone who has messed up or when you don't tolerate those with the ability to set these teaps). They say you're too harsh, judgemental, impatient etc.

I love your wisdom❤ Met an old foolish man through a hook up. He'd already convinced the lady who hooked us up that he needed a wife🙄 I was easily traped with the conviction, 🤦😅 not knowing he was also hitting on the other lady🙉 although she was hesitant.
