Hello! I saw your excellent comments under "Understanding electromagnetic radiation" film and I wondered if you happen to have any idea or being able to figure out materials which have abilities to shield and protect a person from various DEW (Direct Energy Weapons) attacks? Any practical advice would be priceless and greatly appreciated!
@ianmoone2359

Mass! Probably just like radiation - lead shielding. Faraday cage also. But it really depends what form the directed energy is in? Nuclear weapons detonation causes an EMP (Electro - Magnetic Pulse), and there is info available on line with a Google search about hardening electrical systems (electric grid for eg), against EMP attack. It’s not really a topic I can go into depth on, because it’s part of civil defence initiatives that we really don’t want our enemies to understand and be able to engineer a method to thwart. A Time energy pulse would be far harder to protect against & form any type of protection against, short of leaving the planet. M=DeltaT Mass equals Change in Time. There is as much energy in Mass (think splitting the atom / nuclear weapons & nuclear power stations) as there is in TIME. There’s approx 9x10^16 joules of energy in every second. But to crack the Time Energy conundrum, first you have to understand what time is and what it isn’t. The first hurdle to understanding is that clocks & watches do not measure time, they measure earth spins about its own axis, sun up to the following sun up. In energy terms this is gravity not time! Thus clocks and watches measure gravity. Time is actually measured by calendars, summertime, autumn time, winter time & spring time. So the earths passage through space in its annual elliptical orbit about the sun, in energy terms is TIME. The earths mass is known as is its velocity, thus its energy can be calculated. Thus the energy in TIME is knowable and its immense just like Nuclear Energy (splitting an atom of MASS) is known. If e=mc^2 & also e=Delta tc^2 Then it stands to reason that:- mc^2 = Delta tc^2 Resolving by dividing each side by c^2 (or multiplying each side by the inverse 1/c^2), you get:- M= Delta T There’s as much energy in Time (the earths mass x it’s velocity) as there is in Mass (splitting the atom). The Time weapon will be equally as devastating as nuclear weapons. Whether that can be shielded against is another question also.

@@ianmoone2359 Never came across time weapons, perhaps when they harras me they steal my time, which even street level undercover thug can do. But i am talking about DEW used to hurt, torture and kill people in their own homes, their own bedroom. There are many different kinds of DEWs that are used against innocent people. Tragically, I was hit with some, one in particular that they tortured me with resembled electricity current, basically it felt like electrical current was running through my body, entering from both ends, from feet and head and shoulders at the same time. The pain was excruciating and it felt like my feet were being hooked up to electrical wires and someone pulled the lever to electrocute me, this energy traveled through my entire body ripping through it. I was sleeping on the floor to avoid being electrocuted like some serial killer on electric chair, but it didn't help at all...other targeted people mentioned that their bed springs might help in the torture, so I slept on the wooden floor when they hit me with it. I am simply looking for some advice. I read a book by Dr. Robert Duncan, How to tame a demon, but he failed to provide solid information and thought you would know something about that topic. These psychos shouldn't be in possession of such weaponry and people like you shouldn't help making such weapons, let the cowards fight with sticks.

@@followedtodeath5850 www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-55203844 There’s many different forms of energy, sound, electrical, radiation, X-rays, sound waves, microwaves and as I’ve suggested - eventually time energy weapons. Presently some nations appear to be using micro waves against intelligence agency assets inside embassies even as the link shows.

will that work on my k210 which doesnot have tilt handle? just posted a picture of my machine in roblan users facebook group asking about table slide
@ianmoone2359
@ianmoone2359 2 жыл бұрын
As far as I know it will not work with the K26 or the 210. I don’t own either of those 2 machines to try and test fit it BUT from photographs I have seen of the they are “opposite handed” to the X31 in that the height adjust rod comes out on the opposite side of the collar that the adjuster attaches to. Whether you could reverse the top Mount and mount the bracket to the opposite side of the collar to make it “opposite handed” to fit, and work, I just don’t know because I have neither machine at my disposal to experiment with to test out that option with. One other difference I noted from photos. On the X31, you extend the threaded round rod with a tap die, to increase the thread length to make room for a lock nut to go on first then tighten backwards against the base of the alloy handle. On the K26 at least that round threaded Rod is different to the X31’s in that on the K26 it starts out as a square bar that transitions to a round thread on the end, so there would be no way to add extra thread length, without dismantling the rod from the machine - mounting it in a metal lathe and extending the round section for about an inch, then threading that round part to allow a lock nut to be fitted. So it MiGHT be possible maybe, but likely not easy to do. I don’t have a metal lathe myself to do that and neither do I have a K26 to experiment with adapting the adjuster to make it opposite handed and removing and machining the square rod etc. I’ve a hunch that a good machinist might be able to make it adapt, but that’s just a WAG on my behalf (Wild Assed Guess).

I will do Mark, but it’s going to be a while. I’m actually making parts to assemble the next batch of 30 adjusters. But this is going to take time, possibly 6 months or more. I have bought a Bridgeport Mill ($10k) & a new 14x40 Metal lathe ($10k) to be able to make these next batch. I now need to save up another $6k to buy the materials & hardware to be able to make it all happen. It took me 3 years to save the $20k for machines. It might take me another 6-12 months to save for all the materials & hardware. I’m doing this in my spare time a couple hours a day as and when I can manage it. (I’m a full time carer for my 92years old mother with advanced senile dementia), so spare time to devote to the project is limited unfortunately. That’s why this is taking me so long. I’m not a fitter & turner or machinist I’m having to learn the requisite skills to turn these out, again, slowing progress down. I try & get a little bit done each day so progress happens, it just doesn’t happen like a tradesman working flat out on it all day every day week in & week out. I’m not borrowing finance to fund all this, I save up the required cash - until I have what’s required - then I purchase what I need. I have the round bar stock steel on hand and am making top mounts at the moment. When I’ve saved another ~ $600 I’ll buy the alloy bar stock to make the handles etc. When I e saved another $3k US I’ll buy the hardware from McMaster Carr in the USA and have those all shipped. When I’ve saved another $2.1k I’ll have the alloy mounting brackets laser cut & so on. It just how it goes, slowly slowly catchee monkey. It’s been 3 years, if it takes one more then so be it.

@@212architectmessick5 I can assure you that it does improve the X31 greatly. I’ve made it as far as buying a Bridgeport Milling Machine to help making the parts, but I’m still paying off the last few $k on that plus I still have to learn how to use it correctly. Then I need to buy & learn to use a metal lathe as well. Non of this is cheap or fast. I’ll eventually get there if I don’t die of old age first. 🙄😜😂

@@ianmoone2359 I have the same question. How much and do you ship to the Netherlands?
@ianmoone2359
@ianmoone2359 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Bertie, The next batch will probably come in around $450 Australian Dollars and require approx a further $80 Australian postage (insured air freight). Netherlands maybe should be OK for postage, MAYBE. Approaching 60 days and one adjuster I posted to Sweden still hasn’t been delivered! 🙄 Something to do with flights being grounded for Covid 19. Whether The Netherlands is affected I do not know. Lastly there’s a small issue with the adjusters being fitted to newer cream & grey machines. They fit fine to the older green machines like mine that I test installed to, BUT Robland must have altered something on the newer machines. On the newer machines the blade sits 9mm above the saw bench table if installed exactly the same way as green machines where the blade sits 9mm below the saw bench table top. I have to resolve this issue between the models - before I can countenance making another batch. This may take a little time, as I have to figure out how to solve the issue.
