Pretty sure the gun is for a Gundam Unicorn figure of some sort. Probably the Gundam Universe line, given the scale. It's pretty recognizable based on the design of the magazine.

Actually there is good reason behind the smaller RoboCop. They were going to have a sequel which was already written but ended up not doing since the remake didn't do well where they cloned Murphy but it got screwed up and ended up being small but they decided to make it a cyborg as well to see what happened, with hilarious results, so the mini me reference wasn't too far off. (I really hope this comes off as the joke it is but never know. Lol)

My legitimate biggest complaint with Robocop 2014 to this day is still his hand. There was 0 reason to keep it. They show us a homie playing guitar with metal hands. You're telling me Robocop couldn't learn to twirl his gun with his robot hands that are dexterous enough to play guitar? At least give homie a glove of some kind. Perhaps a powered glove.... A Roboglove! I love the Roboglove. It's so robo.

And the same can be said about "Robocop RA" being an inferior bootleg to "Robert Cop". Well at least "Robocop RA" has a mini "Robocop RA", but even he cant top "Robert Cop's" Spin-A-Roony. lol
