After waiting for hours for a warthog to emerge this leopard fails to even attemt to catch it!
Ravenscourt male leopard sat above the entrance to a warthog burrow waiting patiently for a warthog to come out. The warthog emerged eventually but the leopard failed to take the chance!!

Looking at the position of the leopard, it'll be very difficult to capture that warthog. It needs the warthog to venture out a bit more to make a successful move. It knew not to move instead of blowing it.

I think if the warthog had come out further Ravenscourt male would have pounced.But from the angle he was at there was a ridge above the den that would have hindered his attempt I think. And he knows enough to stay out of the way of those tusks.

Right as dumb as he looked you could see his achieved size, comes from experience smelling threats in his territory. Leopard obviously had taco bell upset stomach and wet shit on its ass hairs. wind gusting around didnt help at all

En algun momento se dio cuenta donde vive su presa, ha decidido entonces cazarlo. Es algo asi como un juego de inteligencia en el mundo salvaje de los animales para sobrevivir. Ahora logrará su propósito el mas paciente y astuto puesto que la presa percibe en el entorno, aunque no lo ve, la presencia del enemigo. De modo que ambos se han dado cuenta y deciden seguir esperando, la presa para salir y el cazador para atraparlo, con la ventaja a favor de este, puesto que sabe donde vive, no asi el jabalí que se ha convertido en blanco. Lo que no sabemos es sii ustedes siguieron esperando tambien para hacernos saber este interesante decenlace? Espero que si, porque seguramente igual que ustedes queremos conocer el final.. The leopard looks too well fed already, it'll only put in the effort if driven to it or handed it on a plate. The warthog on the other hand must have senses we don't fully understand, he knew he was there without see him.

Leopard had a very small window of opportunity at 3:47, or maybe it wanted the warthog to step further away from the hole. Like others said, maybe the hog smelled the Leopard and was skittish. Or the tourists made it nervous.

No, Hukumuri is a small female. Female leopards rarely go after warthogs. This is Ravenscourt, one of the territoral males in Rob's traversing range.

Hukumuri is a male leopard of around 8 years of age and has recently moved into the Djuma area currently occupied by Tingana male leopard. John asked if this is Hukumuri for safarilive also showed Hukumuri waiting for hours at a warthog burrow and female leopards do kill warthogs and have been witnessed doing so!

Freddie Capillan that’s not completely true! I’m an alpha predator and cat killer maniac! I believe the protein of a predator (lion) is better from a vegetarian animal (cow)! I do bodybuilding and i kill leopards, lions even domestic cats so i can eat their powerful muscles and develop stronger muscles!!
