Psychosocial is another one you have probably heard but its super fire, def listen to it with lyrics up if you can, their lyricism is insane in that song.

The term you're looking for is time signature for the part where you're talking about bpm's at the end. If you want some of the most crazy ass time signatures in metal, listen to some Dream Theater, specifically Panic Attack. That song was specifically designed to make you feel jittery and nervous when you listen to it because of how wonky the time signatures are in the composition.
