The valve for the steam wand in my Rocket Giotto Evoluzione broke after 8 years of service. It's a fairly simple fix, but there were no videos that I could find for this machine, so I made one.
Rocket is a brand out of Italy and they make my favorite home machines. The primary / licensed US dealer is Seattle Coffee Gear, who also run the US distribution for Rocket. I've been purchasing from them since 2012.
