Due to his work, my father continually met A LOT of celebrities, including Roger Moore. He said that around 90% of celebrities were not very nice people off screen (nothing like their fake public image), and many were down right rude and full of themselves. However, he said that Roger Moore was one of the nicest and most sincere 'famous people' he had ever met. He was also a prankster, constantly playing jokes on people but in a genuinely funny way, not at all cruel.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that took notice of that. "just" a housewife is demeaning to the hard work mothers (and fathers) go through on a daily basis. Well said! My Mum birthed 5 kids, of which I am the oldest! She never stopped working to care for her husband, father of the five, and it is testament to that dedication and commitment to her family that all the kids could enjoy a nurturing and happy home life and are now elderly and in good health! "Only a housewife" is rather derogatory in my mind.

I sometimes helped my brother out at his garage business in Elstree and one day he asked me to deliver the White Volvo to Elstree studios as they wanted it at short notice. As I'd got it there so quick Roger came over and thanked me, he also arranged for transport to take me back and save me catching a bus. I later worked on The Spy Who Loved Me filming in Sardinia and Egypt driving trucks out from the UK and can tell you Roger will always give others the time of day even a joke or two. After dinner at a hotel in Luxor Egypt the power went off, candles and torches were quickly brought out, the piano started playing old London sing along tunes. The back up crew loved this, and we all joined in, when the lights came back on, it was Roger Moore playing and drinking pints of Stella. Mind you all the actors on the film were great, Barbera Bach wanted to learn to drive a manual gearbox van, ready for her drive in the desert. Brother and I had great fun teaching her. Richard Keep was too tall for the Chevy car supplied to run him about, so we removed the front seat, he now sat in the back seat with plenty of leg room.

This is the clickbait strategy for The Concealed Facts videos: use the thumbnail to juxtapose youthful beauty with the ravages of advanced old age. This stark picture is confined to the thumbnail, not appearing in the life story narrative itself. I think the deterioration of skin and flesh, the redness, the deep lines in the face, may even have been exaggerated by Photoshop, in order to raise the contrast. Well, videomaker, remember this because one day Father Time will do it to you too!

It is interesting to hear the narrator to describe Roger's mom as "just a housewife." Well that housewife brought Roger Moore to this world. Without her there would have not existed Roger Moore !!!

Probably my favourite actor of all time along with Clint Eastwood. Came across as a really nice guy in real life also, doing the charity work and what not. Always came across as a humble guy. My heart sunk when he died in 2017 when he left us but a king was also born just a few months later which of course is my son and one day will show him just how good an actor he was. Can't speak much about todays acting can we though lol

Had to down-vote this crap for its absolutely awful editing of constantly cycling through the same short movie/TV clips, many of which had nothing to do with Roger Moore! The repetition didn't stop with the video-extracts, as the same phrases were repeated ad-nauseam!!!

Hehe I especially like it when he showed a pic of Moore dressed as a Nazi officer while describing the time he enrolled in the British army. You can't get much dumber than this. After that I didn't take anything else said here as face value. Horrible click-bait video.

I am sure that this is not revealed from his daughter I would have thought that it was no secret the work that he did otherwise he would not have been knighted. And you never even mentioned his BEST films."Shout at the devil" with Lee Marvin "The man who haunted himself" "North sea hijack" and the "Sea devils" (the book based on fact and the film is called boarding party.) The thumbnail offended me so count your money somewhere else.

How can I block this channel? I never want to see his clickbait from appearing again. I'm assuming there must be a way to block these greedy, pointless producers that are only here to enrich themselves at our time. If someone can please let me know where the block button is (if there's one) I'd appreciate it.

KZfaq makes it very difficult to block channels as it cuts their ad revenue and other profits. But there is a way. On the right of your browser window, you should see a vertical list of recommended KZfaq videos. Scroll up and down the list until you find one showing the name "The Concealed Facts". DON'T click on it, but just hover your mouse over the video name. You should see three vertical dots appear on the right. Click on these dots, and a pop-up menu should appear. One of the options on that menu should say "Don't Recommend Channel". Click on that option, and hopefully KZfaq will not include "The Concealed Facts" in your video list again. I hope that helps.

first report this video and channel to KZfaq. Just click the 3 dots on the lower right hand side and click report.

It's involved, but there is only one way to get them out of your feed. You have to do it from your home page. Find a video from them and hover over the title. Click the three dots on the right, and click 'do not recommend channel'. I couldn't find any videos at first so I opened the channel and subscribed, then went to my homepage and found a video, then went back to the channel and unsubscibed. Don't give them the subscription, and report them for misleading information instead. I don't know if they still show up as suggestions in the sidebar, but all their videos have a misleading ugly face and I'll never click them again.
