Pro tip: role-play doesn’t have to be a full blown scene with 5 pages of dialogue. Sometimes it can be as simple as “What time does you wife/husband get home?” Then BAM get right to it. Just gotta commit to the bit and occasionally throw in a one-liner or 2.

Can you do more role plays like this!!! This made my whole week 😂 I like to role-play, pretending my husband’s wife ordered a massage therapist over to the house to give him a massage. After 3 minutes into the massage I start undressing & then tell him to flip over. That’s when I tell him his wife opted for a happy ending and if he is ok with that. 😂😂😂

Role playing was awkward for me the first few years of my marriage but now I’m a pro. This is something my spouse asked for so I delivered. It takes time and keep it simple. Never overcomplicate it 😅

omg I just watched a webinar on roleplay recently! I think y'all did a good attempt at the delivery person roleplay! A tip i learned is that, for starting out with roleplay, you can keep verbal language to a minimum at first and just focus on body language (or maybe only 1 person can talk and the other person uses body language only). Some fun ideas I wanna try for roleplay are: bouncer/lady trying to get into the club repairman/client english tutor/student flight attendant/passenger s** phone operator/client

I’m with him. Role playing,phone sex , and other things that involve more imagination are so hard for me. I’m very logical so it’s so awkward lol. Not against it but would love to see if he finds a way to be more comfortable in that space.

So I've never done a full scene or playing a character, but sometimes I''ll get inspiration from a scene in a show and then show my husband said scene. What's coming to my mind is Poldark (period romance show). There's a scene where the romantic lead puts silk stockings on the lady, so I asked my husband to put stockings on me sensually. But we weren't acting out the whole scene and saying their lines. That's probably our max role-playing, or we'd both feel silly. Although I think silly and sex can go together too!

funny is the new sexy! or should i say that awkward is the new sexy?

I used to feel so awkward at the idea of role playing because I can be quite turned off by the feeling of inauthenticity in sexual experiences. Buuut then I started playing with it in a way that is silly and goofy while also being sexy AF. I first started off in lingerie and walked into the sitting room where my then boyfriend was and I was like “excuse me sir, I’m so sorry to bother you but my car broke down and I don’t have my phone on me and I’m lost. Can you help me? *extreme eyelash flutter*” and then we just giggled through it while still throwing in a few lines like that back and forth. And now it’s something I love doing and it’s easier to build on from a small start because you get more comfortable in the idea of it with each other.

I feel the similar to Jared in that role play I cannot take it seriously, I find it cringe, and like I’m just lieing for trying to be someone else and yet everyone involved knows who’s who and what is REALLY going on . . . So I.find it too outlandish to have ever even attempted. I just don’t understand the point?

I would ask about what my partner desires and share what I desire. For me, it's about that pull, like that I'm about to get something that I want but with that spontaneoty that each person gives. 😊
