I would be really sad if roller champions dies, is really fun playing the game. I hope Ubisoft can come with an incredible idea to save the game

it def can make a comeback. Ive been playing since day one of launch and alot of the things you i agree with. Like grinding thru ranked feels like a chore. when you when you dont get much buh when you loose you loose 2x the amount you gain from the last match. Theres no rewarding factor to it. and also the fact that you only get something for being top 100 is lame and shud include the ENTIRE community. give everyone something for their time for playing ranked. And on top of that ease new players into ranked, I hate having to be either the only skilled on in the lobby or the only one in the lobby WITH new players and the other team is full of skill. its frustrating to both me and the players in the lobby. Fans shud not be the only why to determine skill lvl. Win/Loss plus the things you due in sed match shud be what determines the lobby pairing. AND FOR THE LOVE OF THE ROLLER GODS PLZ ROTATE MORE ITEMS IN THE ITEM SHOP! I FEEL LIKE I SEE THE SAME ITEMS EVERYTIME I LOG ON. Ik the game is 2 seasons in buh there has to be more items thats ready to be seen. ALSO ALSO I WUD LOVE FOR FANS TO NOT EXISTS IN LOOTBALLS. I opened 3 lootballs the other day and got 500 fans from them. thats a HUGE slap in the face. to work for something jus to get something as meaningless as fans. i have 100k fans, I DONT WANT MORE FANS. replace those with wheels cuz at least THOSE will get me something if i choose to spend it. fans get me nothing buh maps. They had SO many examples of success like rocket league you mentioned, or, fall guys, or Apex, or fortnite, or damn, at least among us - and they still somehow released fkn beta... It was so fun, but I'm afraid game will never comeback from the downfall :(

They need to up the hit box for tackles because I’ll be directly in front of someone and completely miss, the flying kick is pretty much useless on most chase downs and legit everyone just sits at the goal 24/7

I think it can make a comeback if they give ranked rewards, fix the rank stalling once the system thinks your mmr is where it should be. Maybe add a mechanic where you can grapple a teammate and go horizontal instead of behind them to make a big line on defense. To help combat how easy offense is once you have momentum

Just recently got into the game, rlly addicting, loving it so far hope it doesn’t actually die

I actually like the game and i think more people should give it a chance and I think last season with the movement was so much better than this season and I was talking to my friend about they should add updates in the season not just every new season and yes I do think it can be saved

as an ex Hyper Scape player I can confidently say It's Ubisoft. It can't be saved, they won't save it

In my case, they took way too long trying to make crossplay a thing. The discords used to be so full of PC players and it'd be rare to find an Xbox play to play with. They took so long that now the PC players have already gotten done with the game and there are no more Xbox players because of all the little bugs. It's a great game I hope they don't let it go to waste

The problem is how few people can pull off the advanced wall climbing. You get one person who has it down shitting on an entire team of people JUST STARTING OUT and it makes the game get boring real quick watching a person hog the ball and fly around the ceiling of the map.

As someone who’s totally new and trying to get into it, they really don’t make it easy. Been playing for like a week and since day 1 been getting thrown in games with people who are dancing all over the wall and self passing and all the fancy mechanics. Makes it hard to even learn or have any fun. Also get matched up with the same people, literally day to day. It’s a dead game.

So if it ends up shutting down should I ask customer support to try refund me some money back cause I did spend a little and still have some left over.

My issue with Roller Champs is that it's stale. The game gets boring after a few hours going around the same map again and again with no variation. I guarantee if they spice things up with unique map designs like the figure 8 one, it could draw players back in.

I think maybe they should bring in a bit more content variety like some timed races and more rewards for playing ranked. Maybe even a map editor

I have been playing this game since the pre-alpha. the first time I played it I fell in love with it and then played the closed alpha and fell in love, even more, I couldn’t wait until the game came out, I waited like 3 years and when it came out I had a blast, and even grinded rank and ended up at top 1 on the ps4 leaderboards for a day but then the queues got really long even on a quick match. The game was so unplayable and boring because I could not find real players to play with. Every time I had to wait 10+ mins finding a quick match just to play with Bots and the game got unplayable and stopped playing at the beginning of season 2. It’s so sad that the game ended up like this. I hope they make a recovery really soon, I don't want this to be another hyper scape 😕. (sorry for the long comment and bad English I just wanted to take things off my chest)

My problem with this game was it took so long to level up and u barely had time

Ayear after this video , the game hasn't changed at all , offense still have advantage over defense, they at least implemented a method to have cool skins , its pick a prize and depending on the prize of the object determines the amount lf fans that you have to collect to get the item , the hitbox still bad , there are glitches with skins and certain players that make the game bugging and lagging , smth good is that they added more modes , such clones mode and 2v2, since the game started loosing players and interest , the supoort team is literally useless , they dont give a f about reports for inactivity etc... , They still have to fix the voice chat features for example , theres no press to ralk feature and i think thats essential for gameplay instead of having open mic with a high asf sensitivity because of the game , to conclude , the game still dying

tbh been on roller for while some things got fixed, kinda got better, example magnetic passing a lot better and ect

1 thing that probably made the game low is people in the game being greedy with the ball not passing really pissed me off

if you can amputate it's ubisoft, the game MIGHT stand a chance. other than that, there's nothing we can do for it aside from making its final days as painfree as possible

i think the game needs kind of unique abilities like ow, maybe needa a fun mechanics like some turbo like mario kart or sped up, cyberpunk theme could help the image too, devs got a great game it just needs a better management to make look more interesting to players

To make it back or not I think it can but not on Xbox that's for sure because take an average game with a big Esports scene like a brawlhalla they'll normally be about 60 to 70 group post and this game has two or three and then rocket League which is a big game has like around a thousand so I think you can make a comeback but you need to fix right because I'll lose three times as much as I do as a game and a lot of my friends no matter how much they play even if they're improving they'll play and they'll stay in the same rank that they were in but one thing with me and a lot of people if they have a good Esports scene they'll stay or come. But personally I think this is the funnest game it's just a whole lot of things that they need to fix

Better servers would be nice, priority on some tackles over others, downed players shouldnt be able to grab the ball an be invincible. When I tackle a player I shouldn't be going through the ball. The Random staggers when jumping shouldn't exist I get y it happens when you mis time a jump kick or land side ways but that's it. Tackles should have a higher vertical hit box. The game was funner season 0. The game has lots of weird inconsistencies that really take out the enjoyment for alot of players. The banning system and bad ranked system the real reason people are leaving . High level players being forced to pub stomp noobs because they get banned for literally no reason shouldn't be a thing. Solo que players especially should have some control over the type of players they q up with. getting banned for leaving a 2v3 or getting undesirable teamates is bad design for a free game. Loot balls should never give you fans it should just give you another random item. After 300k fans there's nothing left for me to enjoy besides tournaments so maintaining the players who actually play the game should be one of the top priority not consistently giving them another reason to quit the game.

I doubt it will make a comback. The game is kinda fun but loses its charm very quickly. Compared to Rocket League (and a lot of people seem to want to compare these two games) Roller Champions is objectively the worst of the two.

Im Yagmi, after getting top 100 i hace no more fun playing as there is lack of EU tournaments and nothing to do during Q times, i often went on alt accs to not wait over 20 mins for a game because of my sr being too high. The gameplay itself is the mosy fun thing i experienced, tho the rest needs work. That's my honest opinion (and yes i hope tge game makes a comeback) I'm grinding rocket league again till season 2 of this game tonsee whats up

Good! The reason this game is dumb is because of the stupid unnecessary rules. Go 2 laps then you're allowed to throw ball into goal. B.S! That's as dumb as saying a soccer player has to jump 1 foot and tap his head 3 times before be can kick the ball into the goal. Just keep it simple like rocket league. It's car soccer. Red team vs blue team. Roller champion should have just been roller blade soccer.
