I try to do this at all my seminars. It doesn't always go well... for the black belt rolls from this seminar you can hit up keenanonline.com/ there you will find more sparring sessions and over 300 technique videos. i love when there's unpadded metal poles in the middle of gym. they should put spikes on it to weed out the weak :)

for someone like me i learned more watching you roll with white belts because the moves and techniques are slowed down and easy to understand/observe

keenan reminds me exactly of my good friend andrew, we both played high level soccer. keenan makes me want to get better so i could beat him one day
