This video was recorded on Friday January 5 2024, not on Saturday January 6. The date on the video camera was wrong and I copied the date shown on the camera. I only saw the mistake after it was uploaded to KZfaq. I'm sorry for the error.

Thanks for bringing to us this great city focusing on these magnificent sights. With God willing we we visit Rome one of these days. My favorite destinations when it comes to visiting Italy is still the southern Italy and Amalfi coast. But Rome is still a must visit city.

There are many central and south americans living in Italy permanently. When they talk to each other they speak their own language, not Italian.

@user-qy4ov8dp5y6 ай бұрын

OMG Those crowds are January. For the summer months the levels will be astronomic.

No in summer there is less people than now because in Italy in summer is very hot like 40 degrees for day

I can't imagine next year, which will be the jubilee, it should welcome about 33 million people from all over the world. it will be a real sold out and Rome will have the world record for tourists.

It I so unfortunate of how crowded with tourists cities such as rome have become...all year round it seems. It is impossible to experience rome as a city with any sort of quotidian life for its residents....your videos which I have watched regularly for the past year, actually make me quite sad...though I admire your commitment to trying to demonstrate what it is like to "randomly" be there .

I agree. Too may tourists can ruin the experience and the vibe. Not to mention how graiting they can be to the locals.

Italian people are not able to enjoy the city with all the tourists all year long I wonder what they think but they make a living from the tourist who can say good or bad
@per.sorprendere6 ай бұрын
hi, I'm Italian and I was born in Rome, the vast majority of us don't earn from tourism, I teach languages online for those who live abroad, we work in many jobs that have no relation to tourism. Of course, we think that tourism is important, and I don't mind that there are so many tourists in Rome. Unfortunately many tourists come just to take a selfie and that's it, instead they should stay at least a week in Rome to really see what too many don't see. the historic center of Rome is forbidden to the circulation of cars without special permits, so we are used to experiencing the city without often entering the center and therefore tourists do not bother us.

I don’t see graffiti in the centre of Rome, there graffiti but not where there are tourists, Rome is improving a lot in the last year, the are doing the best metro station of the world, graffiti are almost rare to see them…
