I think Zoey would be good as a nurse in the doctor career. A lot of kids come in as sick patients and I think she would enjoy being around people at work in general. Amazing build! xoxoxo

One of my favorite Sims 4 builds ever. So many builds have the same aesthetics, not this one. I love love the floorplan and the colors and the way you played with the mid century modern style. And it's so satisfying to see a home really suited for the Sims living in it.

I think you should change Gavin from a writer to a detective. If it fits the tv show more (haven't seen it) it would be a good idea, especially since you had mentioned having probably too many creatives in the save file. It would be a good opportunity to swap him

Such a good mid-century build! As someone who lives in Arizona I think you did really good on the landscaping. We just use what we call desert landscaping and I’ve seen many properties that look like what you did. And almost every house out here has a pool in the backyard because our summers are stupid hot haha. You nailed it! Another great build :)

I grew up in bungalows (although not MCM) and the long hallways are definitely common. They're really hard to avoid, especially on long lots. I think you did a great job, especially since it's not a style that you're comfortable working with. Agree with the suggestion to make Zoe a nurse, probably the best career we have in game for her personality type. I changed J to Jay in my game, the initial drove me mad, lol. But it's probably something super traditional given he's a III like James or Jonathan.

@@AvelineYT Yeah, it's part of the doctor career. But the first few stages are all intern and then nurse related, I don't think it moves up to doctor until about level 7.

By the way, if you're running out of paintings to use in a house, you can go onto the gallery and look up words like "picture". You'll get a lot of neat stuff!

I’m having trouble downloading her lighting reshade unfortunately the sims file share isn’t working to test this I tried to download the clutter shelf as well to see if KZfaq was just having a problem but it worked??? I have no clue what my problem is whether it be my laptop that’s the problem, im typing this on my iPad at the moment so I will click the link on here to see if it works Update: I just clicked the link on my iPad and it worked I’m so confused

Personally, along with her recommendations, I also definitely recommend Get Together. The club system is really helpful when it comes to getting your sims friends and not having to worry about them wandering off of the lot. Lmao. Also Windenburg (I believe) is one of the larger worlds and especially the two downtown areas have a great almost open world feel to them. It doesn’t necessarily have to be one of the first packs you buy (I def recommend Seasons + Cats and Dogs first). Also, if you’re like me and like blending in your landscaping to the world around you, you’re going to want Outdoor Retreat because both Brindleton Bay AND Windenburg use Outdoor Retreat plants in the world around them. Personally, I enjoy the pack because I like having my sim families go on camping vacations, and I love having fire pits in my sims’ houses. Edit: for example, the large tree in the middle of the far left neighborhood in Brindleton Bay is an Outdoor Retreat Hawethorne Tree, and several of those trees also show up in Windenburg. The Dry Pine also appears in Brindleton Bay scattered here and there.

Depends on the size of the house 😄 with 40x30 lots I’ll often build for 8-9 hours and end up with about 4-5 hours of footage 😊 with this one I had 6 hours of footage though which is why the video is so long, woops
