Ingredients （材料）材料：
1 kg fresh roselle calyx （洛神花萼）
1 liter of water （1公升水）
1 kg rock sugar （冰糖）
Roselle Jam （洛神花酱）：
Boiled roselle calyx （煮熟的洛神花蕚）
100g caster sugar （细砂糖）

i remember first time drinking a mixed fruit-ginger-roselle tea was from a beverage and sandwich shop at a hospital. it was delliciously refreshing and warming 🤗🤗😋😋👍👍🤓🤓

In Jamaica we add pimento seeds and ginger..... and some times with a dash of spirit :)
