Aoa. We made powder of Maithi dana,Alsi,Culwangi and Ajwain..mixed all powder in a jar ...and we mix one tea spoon in the Flour

ڈاکٹر صاحب، میں نے مورنگا 3 ماہ کولیسٹرول کے لئے استعمال کیا ، 3 ماہ بعد کولیسٹرول کم ھونے کی بجائے تھوڑا سا مزید بڑھ گیا تھا ۔ اس لئے آپ مورنگا پر مزید تحقیقات کریں ۔

(1) A medium-sized 40gms of roti will have 18.5gms of carbohydrates = 68 calories. (2) 01 Teaspoon of Flexseed = 0.7 gm of dietry Fiber. How it will control Blood Glucose? ------------------------------------------------ Fenuegreek is superb. But please devise easy Roti without wheat

Sir meri age 40 years hai female hn. Pre diabetes hn. Hba1c 5.9 hai. Dr ne sugar ki tablet band ki hoi hai. Ab fasting sugar 87 se 100 tak rehti hai.. kia me tablet khana shoro kron..?? Please guide krein
