Taste and add more salt and pepper or mayo, if needed. 3️⃣ Enjoy right away or chill before serving. Why mayo ? Change it to high protein yoghurt (Nature Siggies, Skyr …) and you have more protein, less processed food, less calories & fat. Add a 1/2 avocado in cubes and/or a table spoon of avocado / olive oil, for taste … if you want.
