Thank you for this information what week is best to start drinking the teas? And do we drink it everyday?

I drank daily. You can start as soon as soon as you hit second trimester. And I have a third trimester tea as well. 🌻🌻🌻

For the alfalfa leaf, did you mean folate instead of folic acid?

Yes. You know what I meant. I’m sure I said folate in another sentence. For those wondering- one is synthetic one is bioavailable for folks with MTHFR gene mutations (folate) .
