Always love the nostalgia, I'm from the Sydney Showground era of the '70's and beyond, including Liverpool, Tyerman, Robson, Garry Trelaor etc. in sidecars and others, Tatnell and Rush in sprinters. Bring back that era I say. It's also great to see Father and Son as you guys are involved in events like the Treloars, something I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy with my Dad while I was racing and wish I had back then even now in my mid '60's. Keep up the traditions guys, it's great to see.

I can remember most of those cars actually racing. Even those ring a ding things. Glen Dix,, I have known of him for all my 70 years. Rowley Pk flaggie, SCCSA mudsprints in our bottom paddock at Happy Valley [organised by Clem Smith] and Glen running around picking up paper during and after the event. Two old blokes tieing tyres together with 1/4" rod at Mallala for tyre walls, Clem and Glen! This in the late 80s. Hanging off the inside nerfs at Rowley on Suddenly when Bill won. Getting carted off in an ambulance at Rowley when flattened by a TQ only to stay and watch the main event before actually going to hospital. Plus he has waved flags at me for dozens of racemeetings inc GP supports
