Do people not understand, when your in your 80s nowadays you are more likely to be sat in a care home with amazing stories but you are being ignored. This man is one of the biggest stages giving people real music and showing them to listen 👑

he saw, he lived, he experienced, he breathed in the 70s and he's bringing us those mystical times back

Two things. The synth solo was transcendent. Seeing Roy soaking it up like all of us was powerful. Knowing that the music is in good hands. Secondly, Wade in the Water a tribute to that other element that has helped us to survive. Very moving.

How could anyone diss Roy ayers, this gentleman is a top music legand who has played along side some of the music greats, you clearly don't know a thing about music, if you are dissing this gentleman of jazz music 🎤🎸🥁🎺🎷🎹🎹🎸

Man he has been doing this for over 50 years. He earns my respect on that alone. I have no problems with his performances. It's nice to see him on that stage to watch him do what he loves. He won't be doing this for too long. Hold him dear in your hearts and minds.

This quintessential track evokes memories of those long hot summer nights chilling out listening to sweet Soul classics as this, lazily hypnotic melody as the choir like rhythm section repeat the chorus
