RR Post Frame Building Plans
rrplans.bigcartel.com/
As the Workshop Built Out series is about to conclude, we start installing interior finishes on walls and we also install a black metal ceiling. Personally I love the black and once the lights go in, it will be an awesome shop space.
I also show how we install around electrical outlets in a metal building during this video. Something a lot of people have asked about.

Whenever I see a mezzanine, I think of the very cool electric lift Jay Bates made in his very cool workshop. Check it out. A great, easy way to load and unload all the stuff that gets stored “ out there” out of the way.

By the time you get the chalk line out and have two people string and snap the line one person can set the laser on the floor and put in five screws. So I don't think its over kill to use it, its smart, plus after using the chalk line you have lines on your metal to wipe off

Your guys videos are so damn amazing! I wish it was Florida based!! All this winter snow building we know nothing about down here lol..... Is their a way you guys can do a video explaining HOW a general procedure would go to get the building materials to lets say , build a post frame shell..... How would you guys build a shell in the south!? Should I consider metal frame exterior.. I just very much like how you guys build your homes & want to do mine up as good as yours building standards.

Some have asked about what laser is the best. When I was working, red was the only choice, but the laser cost 6 grand, self leveling and built to military specs. What have you found to be the first choice in both manufacturers and colors?
@srchubz
@srchubz Жыл бұрын
Green lasers actually are more visible to the human eye, and generally "travel" longer distances. Diodes used to make red lasers actually can give a more budget-friendly price, since they're generally cheaper. Green diodes use more energy, too so burn through batteries faster, too.

If you were in my area I would MOST definitely have you build my building! BTW... NEVER, NEVER EVER EVER step on the back bone or the neck bone, NOT EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Put your foot on the shoulder. I know it never came to your mind, but the spine can be damaged VERY quickly if a vertebrae is move even slightly out of place. It was horrifying to see you step on Greg's neck.
