Join us as we reveal and ride a new bikepacking route in Kentucky, the RRG Shakedown Overnighter
This super beginner-friendly bikepacking route is aimed at new bikepackers who want to dip their feet in the water, experienced bikepackers who want a quick trip to test out some new gear, or any bikepacker that is looking for a quick getaway to Red River Gorge to spend a night in the woods.

I've been researching rail trails to go ride, this is a good reminder that i can just go find a spot and ride! Now i'm contemplating a new mtn bike or gravel bike

We're finally in Tennessee in our RV coming up through Louisiana, Mississippi and Georgia, and with the exception of southern Louisiana we've noticed that the mosquitoes are virtually non-existent... YET... bonus!

I loved visiting Washington State for the first time last summer, with stops in Seattle and various locations around Olympic National Park. We hope to return this year and visit both Mt Ranier and the North Cascades National Parks. Where is home for you?

For the record, we have only had one bear encounter in the entirety of our riding gravel riding experience. When we were doing a long gravel ride down in Big South Fork, there was a bear that ran across the road, way out in front of us. And I didn't even get to see it. (I'm usually the slow guy in the back.)

I'm almost positive I've passed you out there on the bicycle . I am also just getting into bikepacking, have done two solo trips to the Gorge & almost camped in the same spot on my last one lol. Would love to join y'all on a ride.
