In Canada, as Fresher you start around 70k-80k Cad dollars. You can save around 30k-40k if you don’t live above your means. This is like Rs 24 lakh.

U don't get such packages in IT Service industry.Only in selected IT product based companies u have such packages and selected IIM graduates get such packages.These IIM graduates would already have nearly a decade worth of experience after their graduation.

Or easy way is to get to a foreign institute and get ms degree from any state university. Average package for stem roles is 70k in most of the institutes and then return to India after few years of experience in foreign market.

It's very common to get 50 lakh per annum for an IT professional with 10 years of experience .... It's not a big deal ... All of my classmates in IT jobs are earning more than 50 lakh I graduated from a state affiliated private engineering college in uttar pradesh Graduates from NIT and IIT are very easily getting 50 lakh in just 5 years

Most Engineers with just 5-6 years of experience will NEVER make close to 200K ((maybe a handful of folks) but not in majority cases. Generally Directors make that kind of money.. Not sure where these posters come up with these figures

You should never do a direct comparison of salary of different countries. We have something called price parity. For example Amazon prime membership in US is around 11k when you convert it to INR. But here it’s just 1500/- so if someone is earning 60L in india price parity would convert it to 250k in US and not 70k.

But woh CTC hota hai. Upto 50% component generally ESOP ya fir RSUs k form mein hota hai. Overall yearly hardly 30lpa se jyada nahi hota iss experience level pe. Aur woh bhi bahut kam logon k liye. Jyadatar ka yearly 20lakh bhi cross nahi ho paata similar packages pe. Stocks/RSUs generally 4 saal k liye extend hote hain jo CTC mein first year mein hi consider kar liye jaate hain.

It's because of all the outsourcing and forex rates of dollar and Euro. And all the money printing and low interest rate environment in the US and Europe. And also, start ups raised billions of such money from Private equity funds. Some of that will eventually land in the hands of the employees.

it totally exists. my frnd's sister got a job in Google...even before graduation, no campus placement (wasn't in IIT, some college near Jhansi) with a 60lkhs/annum. she apparently participated in some competition, got noticed by Amazon, got a job there....and then Google offered her a job, sat for a 18 hour interview and finally got the job!!! as a middle class person, that shit was mind blowing to hear🗿

Direct INR to Usd conversion for salary comparison is not correct. You have to take into account the purchase power. 60 lakhs Inr would be equivalent to 2 cr in US for maintaining the same standard of living there.

@@abracadabra7550 bro, Direct mech engineer might not get that salary. But, Mech derivative branches like marine engineering easily gets that salary in 6-7 years.. It don't take more than that ,bro.. Robotics also come under mechanical stream only. The only problem is our syllabus is so outdated and not gonna help us in real life in anyway..

yes it is possible. my CTC is 10 lpa right now and my target is 50 lpa in 2 years . many of my friends achieve it so it is not that hard . all you need is knowledge

@@factomachine Data science offers good salary but getting freshers jobs in data science is very difficult . First learn web scrapping and search for a freshers job after that you will be eligible to get jobs in data science. This is the most easiest way to get a good package
