She’s not rude. People who took it that way are either very sensitive, or shy away from conflicts/confrontation. They are in class A. That’s the top. You don’t fool around on that type of level. I love her teaching style as she corrects mistakes from the beginning instead of letting it become bad habits which are hard to fix later. If you’re not hard, and consistent people won’t respect and they will be lazy.

Jisoo said recently that they've been teasing Lisa about this because she said in their 10yrs being together Lisa never gets annoyed or angry ever so when they watch the show they were a bit shocked and impress. Lisa was being tough to teach the trainees well and help them take the training seriously, so Jisoo said Lisa must've been proud of herself for actually doing it. Then Jisoo adds she's sure Lisa went and told the trainees they did well because that's how Lisa is.

This is old keep in mind...the girl that Lisa scold over her not smile, now she is completely different person. She took Lisa advice, Ninone is now smile more, out going, step out her comforter zone. So Lisa is not being mean she is trying to push the girls to better themselves and prepare for cold idols world.

There is nothing heartless or cruel the way she behaved. One thing about any dance group in Asian cultures is that smile and emotion they carry during they are dancing . It’s so hard to do but that’s how it is .

Lisa wasn't that tough during the first episode. But she said she wouldn't be soft hearted coz what's the point of her being there. And besides, she's there to teach them and for them to learn from her, not fangirl over her (although that will probably come along but shouldn't be the priority). It's a competition not a dance class. She's there to bring out the best in them.

She is either speaking english or thai. She cannot use the korean languages for these chinese shows. The trainees are chinese well majority of them are since its a chinese survival program

Lisa best mentor and the trainees learned a lot from her and are very thankful for having Lisa as their mentor.

I don't understand why it shocks so many people that Lisa is strict in practically 4 years of career she never made any missteps. She has always been perfect in all areas. Lisa has always been the most smiling and it's not because she's necessarily happy it's just professionalism. So it doesn't surprise me that she is a perfectionist and she must surely be very hard with herself just to see her journey since she is young she has always given herself thoroughly. She always pushes her limits to be the best. A truly admirable journey, the first on 4000 in auditions in Thailand after she arrives in a foreign country where she is trained by the best teachers in one of the strictest agencies, knowing that in addition she did not know how to speak Korean at all she had to adapt to learn as quickly as possible and despite everything as Jennie said in an interview that when she was trained "Lisa always got an A for everything", it simply means that Lisa was always at the top of their monthly evaluations, whether it was dancing, rapping , compose or sing. She is truly incredible, she is not human.

The trainees comes from different agency/management from China. Lisa needs to sometimes inflict tough love because 9 of those trainees will debut soon as new girl group idols in China. She's mentoring future idols not kids on kindergarten. Anyways thank you so much for reacting to Lisa.
