I've never made cakes ever. I followed this recipe to the T and the results were absolutely amazing. I've made this cake more than 3 times now. Only bad thing from this recipe is that now I'm incharge of making cakes, because now everyone thinks that I have some special tricks, how do i explain that it's all because of this recipe !!!! Thank you Yaman, I baked it now. It's just the way its shown in video. I added tutty fruity extra for my kid. There was some mistake in my measurement as I tried with half of it, milk I couldn't add more as mixture might become runny. Anyway it's perfect and spongy and yummy too. Thank you

I was dying to write a review. Finally I made it today. I can not believe how moist and soft it had turned. I have tried many, many recipes but the way this has turned out for me, is just awesome. Simply amazing and very flavorful . Only addition I did was to increase 1tbsp oil and butter each. And I made it in oven 180 degree. Thanks soo very much..

@@bhuvneshkumar7419 yes milk will curdle, but you are not putting vinegar in hot milk. It's just room temp milk and vinegar/lemon juice. Try it you will love this recipe.

Hey Yaman! Yesterday was my dad's birthday (I'm just 13 years old) and I made this for him as a surprise. Turned out delicious. I had bought a cake tin for making cake for my father's birthday and my sister's birthday who is in class 10. I am not having an oven and, thus, had planned to bake it in a cooker. But, the cake tin was too big for my cooker. So I made it in a kadhai! But it turned out to be awesome! Even better than the cooker cake that I made a few months ago! Thanks again!!!😚😄

This is such a wonderful foolproof recipe! I'm not much of a baker, but I have made this twice, and it turned out to be soft and sumptuous 😍 If you want to bake in convection mode, set it at 180 degree and bake for approx 40 minutes.

Great recepie, the cake was delicious and I made it without any prior baking experience. I made a few modifications, grinded suji in mixer, didn't add baking powder, added some dryfruits and little saffron 😉 and used microwave instead of cooker. I am still in the awe of it.

I tried your recipe too. It just happened that i fell short of condense milk by 50 gm. I added 50 gm of milk powder. It has come out equally good as it's original recipe. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Fantastic recipe......😋😋 I had tried yesterday and everyone loved this... Thank u so much.... Many times I had tried cake recipes but don't get good results sometimes the sponge was not perfect and sometimes it burns or sometimes it doesn't bake properly...... But after trying this I feel very happy and I tried steel bowl instead of aluminum It came out very well...... THANK U SO MUCH SIR🙏🏻🙏🏻 GOD BLESS U
