These kind of people really need to be stopped. These people are the exact reason why there is conflict between the different types of races. She tried to kick me out while I was waiting for my daughter and her friend to check out. She refused to check out my things because I said it was a free country which makes no sense.
Support me and my video on Facebook my name is Bayinah Johnson.

Sir, if the child had autism, certainly the mother would have vocalized such. Customers have a right to complain, and they do. The child is clearly being raised improperly by someone who was improperly raised. Equality under the law carries with it equal accountability. My son would never throw a tantrum in public like that because he knows better.

Sir, whether she ever did or not is not the point. Clearly, she and everyone else that was complaining knows better. Additionally, the child is clearly not a small toddler and should know better. Now let me tell you this. As a cashier myself who works in retail and has so since 2015. I can tell you that kids big or small, 123456 or even 10 or 12 years old with severe autism cry or scream in our store regularly and we don't do anything or even say anything to them. It is annoying as hell for all but no can do anything. How we know? Customer (parents of child ) comes and asks us can they be served quickly without waiting because so and so is autistic and yes the child whether big or small cries and makes loud noises so we just serve them quick without waiting and they are out. And even if non autistic yes parents should tell kids to stop making noise but than they won't. You are gonna get that daily so really it does duck but we don't have a right to tell anyone's kid to shut up. The woman is an adult she should not talk rudely to child she deserves the treatment from customer.

Honestly I'm just annoyed how all these people who are customers at a dollar store feel the need to degrade the employee just because of the job they choose to have. As if getting a job in any retail establishment is any better or worse depending on what the stores name is? I've worked in many different types of retail locations whether it be a neighborhood mom and pop shop or a well known store that sells very expensive items and the interview process is exactly the same and the people hiring are looking for the exact same thing. Someone who is willing to work and learn. Just because you go on 15 interviews and the first one to call you back is Dollar Tree who cares? This "mother" is acting as much like a child then her daughter who is throwing a tantrum. These younger generations have a lack of RESPECT for another human just as people. It saddens me. A private business (which is what Dollar Tree is- its not public property, so no, private property is not "a free country" where you can do whatever you want, ) can ask a person to quiet their bawling child if the kid is a nuisance. They can ask you to leave if your child is disturbing other customers. Maybe she seemed rude to say it, I get it, kids cry and are difficult sometimes and some people overreact - but my sympathy for the customer was canceled the second she started belittling the cashier's job.

@teetawn9454

The mother should have dealt with her daughter for sure in a much better manner than that. Her behavior was unkind and irresponsible at a particular point. Yet, I wish the cashier had shown a bit more grace to the small crying child and let THE MOTHER REPRIMAND her child for her behavior. Both women could have de-escalated the situation. However, I am curious, what is with the comment regarding the "fatherless kids, already on their way to rinse and repeat, our tax dollars at work?" WHERE oh WHERE did u get the idea that the children she has with her are fatherless? Without knowing the lady AT ALL, why do you think they are fatherless? Additionally, what gives you the idea they are already on their way to "rinse and repeat?" Regarding the tax dollars you speak of, you would have NO WAY OF KNOWING what her employment status is, profession, tax bracket etc.. I am VERY intrigued and curious as to what you are basing your opinions of this lady on without having laid an eye on her, or knowing her????? Certainly she could've shown more grace and restraint . However, that doesn't equate to her /her children as having to deal with any of the other things you have mentioned .YOU are no better than her as you pass judgement. WE BOTH KNOW WHY it/ where it ( your judgement ) is coming from. Please STOP generalizing, stereotyping and being hateful. The audacity to even print such a thing about a person you know nothing about personally and their children is giving SUPERIORITY vibes ( and something else)! It's the LEADING reason right now why ALL PEOPLE in this world can't get along. YOU DON"T KNOW where those children are on their way to. It IS fair to say that YOU may be on your way to continuing the legacy I believe you uphold- one that causes division, champions hate and discord, stirs the pot of inequality and the like. Lastly, She did not "PUMP OUT " her children. Like EVERY other mother she's given birth to her children. Please check yourself!!!!! God Speed.

He told her everytime i come in here i got to wait, yall move slow, dont speak (not true i heard her), and you running your mouth with other people (not true we were the only ones in the store lol) and i see why you work here got me and this lady waiting. I stopped him and said im fine and she's a great worker. I told him Sir don't get your pressure up hurting people because you having a bad day. You wasted 7 minutes insulting her and could've been gone by now. He was still mad but embarrassed by then 7 people were in the store. I said pray and calm down its going to be ok but if you continue your day is going to be worse because of your attitude . He said F***off LOL! He left I told that lady don't let anyone ruin your day you are a great worker. She was an older lady close to tears. I gave her a hug and left. She smiles everytime I see her now.

As a mother, I’d just take my child outside if she were screaming for 1, to calm her down. For 2, to be considerate to other customers. Instead, you were annoyed by your daughter and chose to ignore her so when you were approached by a cashier, you projected that frustration into her. Its obvious by how angry and belittling you got with her over a very rational complaint. I’m more concerned about the fact that you just ignored your daughter when she was clearly distressed and instead of giving her the attention she deserves, you decided to fight with a stranger and put her down for working a fucking job. That’s never becoming... Jesus Christ washed people’s feet but you’re too good to work as a cashier?? Some children have special needs and I understand that they cry when they feel stressed or they don't know how to communicate but as a mother the priority is your child. Stop recording and attend your child. Now some people do get frustrated when a child has been crying for a while again priority is to find out what's going on with the child. The cashier is totally wrong because instead of trying to get the mother to shut the child maybe she should have asked what's wrong with the girl? Or why is she crying? Lol huh? How does that make sense? If I go to a store once ( and I guess you've never been in a store just once huh? Or only a few times even bc she said I don't USUALLY shop here) that doesn't make me a liar if I say I don't usually come here now does it? Now don't get me wrong I'm not agreeing with this annoying lady and her little disrespectful, spoiled, disobedient and undisciplined child at ALL bc she was trying to start some shit with this cashier but we also didn't see what the cashier said or did before she started recording, obviously the worker said something about the child she wouldn't repeat on camera bc she just laughed and played dumb and said "huh what?"but the customer creating a more embarrassing and uncomfortable scene was uncalled for and it set a really bad example for her young child and teenage kids (who were laughing as they went out the door too), she wasn't wrong about how much they make either bc I literally just asked the manager at the store up the street from me the other night when u went in bc my son is looking for a part time after school job close to our house , but that doesn't mean you get to repeatedly put her down for working there. I mean you are shopping there too, rather once or daily it doesn't matter. She probably is on welfare yes, but we can't really make assumptions can we? I go by my own experiences and in the last few months I have had HORRIBLE cashiers at every dollar tree I've been to. And no not bc I act like this disrespectful little shit recording either . What makes me mad is today I've seen the race thing okay or on both sides. A black male worker pulled some really fucked up shit on me for no reason at all and had it been me doing that to him as a Worker I would've lost my job bc of his race. Sent it all you want but businesses are so scared of a blm issue with their company that I would've been fired on the spot. And then I see a black customer here in this video just asking for a ass whopping..so flip that race shit bc ya'll scream that every time and is so opposite is not funny! How long you gonna use that card for? Maybe in some cases but I've been targeted bc I'm white by more black people than I've ever been in my life by anyone else of any other color or ethnicity.

She can technically put on her resume that she handles transactions for a multi billion dollar corporation. Better than anything you'll ever have going for you.

Why is person still talking and her daughter needed her attention? The associate at the Dollar Tree was professional the whole time. Not once did she degraded the customer....seems like the customer wanted to 'start something' with the clerk...that is why she had turned on the camera. She had young children and pre teenagers with her as an audience. Just because a person makes a certain amount of money an hour should not be treated as a lesser person/human being.

As someone who had to start working at a doggy daycare to help pay bills while going to grad school full-time and interning full-time, it is amazing to me how certain individuals feel they are better or have a need to degrade others. I worked my ass off to get my Master’s degree and graduated with honors. I am a proud board certified and state licensed PLPC. President Obama’s first job was scooping ice cream at Baskin Robbins. So, moral of the story is: please keep these things in mind before jumping to conclusions. The person who is bagging your groceries could possibly be the one saving your life or running the country someday.
