@@lonemarkkingoftypos3722 Yeah studio bind is made up of mostly people who left from white fox to focus on adapting Mushoku tensei. However that doesnt mean that there isnt a chance of the show not continuing, like if it doesnt make enough money

they made the studio just to adapt this beautiful story into an anime so it was invetiable

mushoku tensei had better continue through until the end of the story or i'm going to be out there acting up.

The whole regret thing is a lie MAJOR SPOILER . . . . . Hitogami (not the man god) said that so rudeus wouldn't go to the begarith continent and by doing so, meeting again with Roxy, if he hadn't went on the trip, she would have died on the dungeon and the daughter of rudeus and Roxy wouldn't have been born, Lara is the real threat to hitogami since she's the one that will kill him, and that's not the last try of hitogami to get Roxy killed, and the next one works TOO well... . . .

You know I just can't get enough of this story & hate waiting so long for another fix, hell i'd even pay good money to get episodes before anyone else. Not that's ever likely to happen, plus I prefer the dub for this anime anyway but still if it were an option i'd gladly do it. While I prefer the dub any new Mushoku Tensei at all would be fine by me. In other words MORE PLEASE!!!!

​@@MrJugNut Dude this anime is actually released fast as fuck. Getting 48 episodes of very high quality in 3 years total is pretty insane when compared to literally anything else. The dub is fine but Rudy's VA is not something I can deal with, he sounds way to feminine for his age. Same reason I watch Dubbed for dragon ball instead of sub.

The consequence is that Rudy is now holding more responsibility for something he was manipulated into.

Sylphie was a goddess in that scene. I couldn't believe Rudy didn't mentioned it himself.

Massive downgrade as it completely took away Rudeus's commitment to his oath to Sylphie and retroactively made Elinalise come as far less heinous than she was in the source material.

@@nevisysbryd7450 it took nothing away from Rudy being a piece of shit and breaking his oath, made Elinalise less shitty and made Rudy's decision a lot more genuine, not forced by a fake pregnancy, which sucked.

@@nikm3r I can't agree. Rudeus looks weak hearted and easy without that. In the LN Elinalise simply looks cunning, not evil and it shows how much she cared for Roxy. Honestly, his decision being a mixture of love and the desire of taking responsibility shows how Rudeus chooses the more mature path (sadly, lots of married men out there would simply run away after knocking up a fling). I never questioned his love of Roxy, it was apparent in the conflict in his mind. The obstacle was his desire to stay loyal, and Elinalise's action showed that Rudeus would have stayed loyal in a normal situation. On my second watch of the season, I saw it with my sister, who hasn't read the LN. I had to explain some things to her, but her initial impression was that Rudeus was likely going to add more wives without much thought (or at the drop of a hat). In the LN you never get that impression. You know he'll only let women special to him into the family, and you know he'll try to stay loyal to them (specially after the pain of his first indiscretion).

They’re skipping for the pacing which is fine. They’ve been pretty good most of the time with the source material. There can definitely be improvements on both

Before, we had anime with fillers, which didn't contribute any character development. Now it has content but they skipping it.

I thought the same thing and REALLY wish they would've. It felt very weird to me and not appropriate in all honesty. But I'm willing to look past that and kind of just rewrite the scene to be more normal in my own head canon lol, but yeah, I felt like Rudy should've talked to Sylphie alone before ANYTING else too...

To make the counterargument, Rudeus knew that he was going to have to explain the situation to his sisters sooner or later. It's a lot easier to handle that sort of thing in one conversation, especially if Sylphie reacted negatively then she would've had the support of Norn and Aisha right then and there.
