Vertical Stringing, in this instance makes Me think the action screws need to be re-torqued. Also, where You put the rest out front, it'd likely do better if You moved the front rest closer to the action because the stock is so flexible. The combination of action screw torque, weight of suppressor and flimsy stock is probably causing the barrel to hit the stock.

Have this same gun and have shot it with my yhm 9mm sidewinder. Simply awesome. Also have these Rugers in .308, 7.62x39, 6.5 CM and .556. Have used my yhm phantom on the .556 and 7.62x39. I really believe that the Ruger American series are just the best bang for the buck out there. Always impressed with their triggers for the price point also.

this summer worked up a max load for 125 gr tnt bullets for single shot rifle deer season. back yard range max is 50 yds. was able to shoot a two shot group in one hole at max charge using ruger ranch bolt gun with single shot ruger sled insert with 1-6x chinese scope set to 6x. put it together for my son to hunt with. except for point blank range, telling him to hold dead on. with woods/field edge hunting where we live, most shots will be 20 to 100 yds, but 50 yd zero is good to 150+ yards....if you can rested up really well, but we don't hunt out of shoot houses and such anyway!

Finally sighted mine in the other day. It loves the 208g hornady blacks, 1" group at 100y and have a straight 6x on it.

Last time I got large group sizes like that the can had come slightly unscrewed. I tightened it back down and the group size immediately became respectable again.

I have a 300blk 10.5" upper on my AR that I can consistently hit an 8" gong at 100yds free hand standing. WITH SUBS AND SUPERS. My lgs finally got this rifle I've been wanting for months. I'm not convinced I want it anymore. I know the coolness factor.. and the consistently can very but I'm not sold that it'll be my next purchase. Not to dismiss your bench shooting but those groups weren't anything that's to be desired.

Just ordered a similar setup. Went into the local gunshop and toldem i was looking for something to kill ground hogs and deer without disturbing the neighbors. They recommended the Ruger Rancher 300 and I ended up going with the Titanium Gemtech silencer. After watching this video I know, im going to be able to do just that. 🤙

All Ruger Americans two V blocks do not enter connect, stock flex actions screws back out, clean the action bolts and action holes blue loctite torque down to 50 inch pounds let dry over night and try again, I assume the barrel is free floated. My 5.56 ranch rifle I put a timney trigger and help with my groups, stock trigger felt like 5-6 pounds. Heavy trigger and slim rounded front end of the stock makes it hard to shoot accurate. you could try a barrel tuner some times it is best to sell a lemon and move on. Your grip is not right thumb should rest on right side finger lightly on the grip, when you try to steer the rifle you will pull shots, use your left hand to squeeze the bag for elevation or hand to push up and down on the rear of the stock.

I have an original Sig MCX with a 16" barrel and at 100 yds from the bench, I have had a spread of over 14" with Fioochi in that gun. The best results I have had, has been with an AR 15 I built with a proof research 16" barrel shooting Hornady Black 110gr. I am going to get one of these guns. I am excited to see what I can do with this cartridge. Again, thank you for the review.

I built a 300blk AR pistol the other year. I was very happy with how accurate that 10.5" barrel is. My hunting load is H110 and the Barnes 110 tac-tx. I just need to get myself a suppressor now.

I have the same rifle and I have not shot it suppressed yet . It shoots very well unsuppressed .I also have the 350 Legend it shoots lights out , you need to try one .Enjoyed the video will take my 300 blackout to the range shoot suppressed and sub-sonic to see how it performs .

I run mine with 208 grain and a Dead AirSandman L. Quieter than a pellet gun.

I don't know hiw large ammo companies hasn't caught on to the fact that subsonic ammo are a lot more accurate with round nosed bullets. Sharp = supersonic

Silencers are fun. Man, I was considering one of those rifles, but they dont seem to shoot worth a darn. How far was that distance?

Take the can off & maybe the report noise will scare someone off because the rifle sure won't kill anything your shooting at. Check you scope base or rings. Something is not tight & if it is all tight throw that thing in the trash or sell at the next government gun buy back program.

You should try the Hornady SUB-X 190 grain.

Only accurate guns interest me! I am out on this boat anchor or paper weight. Absolute junk in my opinion. You can't even say (well is dont shoot for shit but it makes alot of noise!) Probably the next military sniper rifle because with that kind of performance Ruger is sure to be the cheapest bidder. Lol

Bro maybe it’s the shooter or ammo. I know in 223/556 one can shoot groups within 1” at 200yds. Damned right it’s an accurate firearm when loaded with good ammo preferably my perfectly weighed reloads. Far more accurate than factory loads.
