This video was tuff to make. Mojang just announced the new Tuff Golem Minecraft mob for the Minecraft Live 2022 Mob Vote! So... I ruined it.

The tuff golem is an interesting new Minecraft mob which may be in the Minecraft 1.20 new update. This new Minecraft mob which will likely be released in Minecraft 1.20 [if it wins the Minecon Live Mob Vote] can come to live and freeze as a statue, while displaying an item like an item frame. Its fate will be decided at Minecon 2022 during the Minecraft Mob Vote, where it will go up against the Minecraft Sniffer and the Minecraft Rascal (yes, there was a Minecraft mob vote leak). This is how we got Minecraft phantoms, Minecraft glow squids, and the Minecraft allay. Will Dream rig the Minecraft Mob Vote this time? Will the tuff golem suffer the same fate as its cousin, the copper golem?

Tuff Golems actually include wool in their creation structure, and the color of the golem's cloak will correspond with the color of the wool.

Add in Tuff Golems, they're the closest thing to maids and butlers that we'll ever get. They can even hold your stack of 64 diamond pickaxes.

@@FumanyuX "fun gameplay" You're putting way too much hope into the same devs that can't code the pathing of bees in mangrove biomes I'm actually way more interested in the lore perspective of the Rascal, since it's a obviously humanoid creature maybe it would confirm the existence of another important race into the world like the piglins are, sadly the sniffer will win so we'll never know

New golem is just an overcomplicated item frame and the rascal is trash unless it gives like end game stuff or good potions and the sniffer is just dumb i dont think it would do anything but i kinda want the flowers that comes with the sniffer for decorations and shit so the sniffer is best out of the three options

Here are my OPINIONS! please dont judge if i hate on the one you like. Sniffer: a unique mob that you have to search underwater for to find the eggs. will add new plants to either decorate your base with, or provide new food (idk). plus is very cute. Rascal: Hide n seek, but u get a pickaxe with a random enchant. these guys would probably end up glitching into gravel and suffocate or run off a cliff into lava before you get the reward. plus, how are you going to find them in giant caves? Tuff golem: you ordered an allay off wish but the wings weren't included. isnt loyal, will steal your stuff, and will ghost you by turning to stone when you try to talk to it. My overall rating for each Sniffer: 4.5/5 cool concept. adds new plants, gotta explore for it, and is cute. Rascal: 2.8/5 u play hide n seek with a mob you will never find. you would search for hours just to find out it died. Tuff golem: 1/5 trash. budget allay. only use for tuff (other than building)

i would love the sniffer to win coz i think it fits minecraft style the most out of these three and the new plant has so many possibilities and as you said the tuff golem is basicly uninteresting, but we all know the rascal will win coz it gives free items that can usually take up to 1h of playing, and the speedrun community wont pass that opportunity :/

yeah i know finally someone says the tuff golem is uninteresting i hate when people say "the tuff golem was the best mob and its better than both the mobs" or "atleast its better than the sniiffer" so true it adds nothing i get that the sniffer doesn't much cause thats true but the tuff golem don't add anything atleast the sniffer adds a cool new egg a cool mob and new decorative plants, and the rascal atleast it added a new gimic for the mineshafts and a new way to get iron tools early on but the tuff golem is literally A WALKING ITEM FRAME idk if it adds "a new use for tuff" to those people i say "bro just go get a item frame im not wasting a mob vote for a stupid walking item frame like bro items frames are way easier to make, nobody is gonna go out of their way and mine tuff just to get a walking item frame".
