Runcam comes out with new models of cameras faster than I can break my current Runcams. That is impressive considering how often I break cameras.

This is perfect. No frills pilot cam with that super wdr that runcam delivers.

looks nice and when you say it makes a gloomy winters day look nice...... reminded me of my first runcam swift experience on a dour scottish day, it transformed into a brightly coloured disney movie set.... if only we had glasses that could do this.

So basically it's a more cheaper Racer 2 since they carry almost the same specs despite the different sensor: 4/3 for Robin and 16/9 for the Racer 2 :) Price is really nice, Runcam giving us more headaches with its FPV cameras lol

Got a Caddx Turbo Eos2 a few days ago, hate it. Probably the first & last Caddx I intentionally buy. Ridiculously overly sharpened image to the point where I felt like I was flying in a sim rendered on a ZX Spectrum or C64. I like the picture on my RunCam Micro Swift and this Robin looks good for that price with that range of settings, think I'll order one. Something I noticed about my Micro Swift when reviewing footage back was how they managed to get a high dynamic range image - the camera applies a brightness map to the current frame based on the brightness levels of the previous frame. I've got a picture & footage to show this but don't know if I can post links in this comment.

Assume joystick is missing because you can access camera settings from your beta flight osd by connecting one more wire.... makes more sense than bringing a remote when you go fly....

I use almost exclusively foxeer- if this was $19 I would buy it nice camera but I'm very price point oriented (cheap?) And I need a camera right now very tempting- 43 only though I need 16 9 for my new float plane

Not liking the way RunCam are heading.... One of the things that took the bight out of paying a premium price for a premium brand was the fact it came with all the bits we need to go with it- joystick, mounts, spare case, plenty of screws & a few connectors.... But not no more! Ive been impressed with the Caddx's (Caddxii?) of boought recently & thinking if they can start adding the bits RunCam no longer is willing to, they might gain a whole flock of customers... #BringBacktheBonusBitsRunCam It's such a small blight to an otherwise flawless product line- makes you wonder, what ARE they thinking??? Anyways, sorry for the rants & thanks again Painless! ;)

Can't find any video that explains all these settings. Engineer settings, dn setting, nd settings. I want to like this camera, but at present, it's a washed out piece of garbage, almost unflyable turned toward the sun.

This looks too similar to a CADDX F2, looks like software is different.

It should be red in color, I know another company uses red, but this name beckons for the color red... RED! I USA there is a beer called 64... named so for its calories. If it were MY company, id give it an extra 5 calories and call it... 69!!!!
