Dead Prez has always been one of my favortie hip hop groups and stic's album is groundbreaking because I don't think anyone has done an album quite like this. Incredible album. Dunno how long I'm gonna be outta action for, but I've got four halves and one marathon coming up in Feb-April, and I can feel my form dropping away every day!

He's so tall and lean, Its easy for him to run. I hate hate running! But I do not give up on it. I like to do 1-2 min intervals, I have short/ muscular legs, and they tire very fast. But there is always options for cardio. Biking, jumping jack, jump ropes, elliptical, and all sports! Just gotta get out there and move!
