Classic song from a classic album. It is a shame that self-destruction is what is "hip" in this era. We must support this movement of mental and physical health.

Still listening to this in 2022. This is an album where you remember where you were when it dropped. I kept this song on repeat on my first 10k, got me through it 💪🏾

The album is great. I purchased it on itunes. The intro is inspirational and the album itself covers every aspect of health and fitness. I would recommend it to anyone that likes to stay fit. Dead Prez has always been one of my favortie hip hop groups and stic's album is groundbreaking because I don't think anyone has done an album quite like this. Incredible album. "Let's get this workout in!"

Man, I'm fiending bad for my runners high! I love that shit, and was up to 50-60 miles a week, but now I've put my back out and haven't been able to do any exercise for a month. Dunno how long I'm gonna be outta action for, but I've got four halves and one marathon coming up in Feb-April, and I can feel my form dropping away every day!

HIIT interval training does deplete muscle by depleting your glucose. a moderate pace cardio is best for fat burn and will not burn much muscle if any at all. but once you get to a higher heart rate and have to dig deep (around 160 bpm depending on your age and physical shape) your body automatically begins to take glucose away from your muscles. but the best part of HIIT is the (after burn) effect which your heart rate will continue to stay above normal throughout the day burning ALOT of fat.

He's so tall and lean, Its easy for him to run. I hate hate running! But I do not give up on it. I like to do 1-2 min intervals, I have short/ muscular legs, and they tire very fast. But there is always options for cardio. Biking, jumping jack, jump ropes, elliptical, and all sports! Just gotta get out there and move!
