This is ideal for me! I'm a runner and have been in so much pain/feeling so tight lately, and I LOVE incorporating Pilates, yoga, and strength training into my weekly workouts!

Great class: a good, challenging pace, but not to fast, I could still focus on keeping good form and practicing the techniques. I loved the move where we rotate into side plank: felt graceful! Thank u!
