In today's video we start off by picking another load of corn off the big Irrigator 143 field that we broke open the previous night. Once I got the truck dumped we headed back over and I blew off the corn head and the 690 and dad blew off the draper. We then started moving equipment over to the River Farm so we could cut beans later that day. Andy from Kondex stopped by to see how things were going with the KX7 Concaves (awesome btw) and he also let us borrow a loss measuring kit (we will use in a future video). Once we got moved over to the river Glascock Equipment dropped off a brand new MacDon FD140 flex draper for us to demo on our S690. A short while later our local John Deere dealer, Greenmark Equipment brought over a 2016 John Deere S680 and a 2017 John Deere 640FD for us to demo alongside our 2012 S690 running the new MacDon FD140. The farm has done No-Till farming practices since the early 1980s and continues to increase acres of cover crops year to year.
