Hi Mate, I have only just found your channel. This is maybe the 3rd or 4th video of yours that I have watched so far. I will be moving to Thailand soon too and will also build my KZfaq channel. I am in the process of selling my place, then i'm getting off this rock called Australia. About 5 minutes into this video you earned yourself a new subscriber. Mate you are a champion. speaking out about depression and anxiety like you did takes a lot of balls! I take my hat off to you. I have had many a battle with anxiety and depression and in my lifes journey which ended up causing issues with addiction. I have been clean and sober for a few years now. I still have the odd battle with depression and anxiety, but over the years I have learned ways to help me fend it off. and it sure as hell isn't drugs and booze. I realise that this is an old video, I really hope you made it to thailand and that you are enjoying live in Thailand. I'm going to watche some more of your channel now and find out. Cheers mate, Dave......

I wish you well. I have struggled with anxiety and depression for 30 years, Its debilitating and sucks the life out of you. I have been treated with medication for over 20 years..and I know how hard it is to socialise and keep wearing a happy face. I also find excuses not to attend outings with my friends. Its the mask we wear trying to fool everyone we are ok. That mask comes off at night and we suffer in silence. Don't feel embarrassed , there are more males out there with this condition than you realise......cheers

I'm going back through everything you've posted in the channel. I can totally relate to what you're saying in this video. The same things are motivating me to make a life for myself outside Australia.. As much as I have family and friends here, I feel like Australia is just not the place I want to contribute to anymore. I feel like an outsider in my own country despite having different jobs in varying industry.. I've just never found my place. Even right now, I'm in between jobs and struggling a bit but trying to stay busy.. Trying to point my life in the right direction for me. This post makes me appreciate even more what you're putting up on the channel now. Keep doing your thing mate, you're an inspiration.

Hi Ron thanks for the comments, I'm actually feeling a lot better than back then. Hopefully things will change and you'll feel better to. I got back into walking when I moved to Thailand and it helped a lot. I'm currently trying to sort some sort of exercise regime out but it's hard when you run a bar. Take care.

Hi Greg. I have just found your channel mate and will be watching more of your videos over the coming weeks/months to catch up on what you have been doing. While this video was produced some time ago, I do hope your life has improved 1000%. You noted a couple of times you thought people may think you are weak. On the contrary, it takes strength and courage to put your struggles online to the world. I hope it has provided you more strength to do the things you want and need. onward and upward!

Good luck Captain Greg! I really hope you can make a go of it in Thailand. No shame in feeling the way you are feeling. You're very brave to speak about it. Craig and I have always enjoyed your company on the bike trips away. We'll follow your journey through here and the other platforms. Take care mate.
