You've just got to listen to your body. Today I has a 12km zone 3 run on the plan, but when I got out I really felt like the legs weren't quite recovered enough. Friday night's 25km run was great, and I didn't want to undo all the progress by pushing through some muscle tightness. So I just turned it into a very pleasant 7km run in the sun.
I then brought forward my scheduled yoga class by a couple of days, as I felt I needed some more substantial stretching and mobility.
