No planning the route. No running in loops and no running through the same place more than once. winner is closest in meters to start position.

Anna vs Rick part three! What a fantastic video! I was laughing and cheering you both on during the competition. You both are winners in my book! I don't know if there is a really large incline of steps you can run but maybe some kind of incline challenge. How fast can each of you run that? Or how many times it can be run in a certain amount of time.

Love this watch tan 'I feel naked' Haha, love your commentary on your runs, the lapping technique seems to work better than losing seconds on working out the maths between songs! (How do you do this challenge when I haven't got a sub-hour 10K pace yet?) Challenges: Reverse from a typical race: the slowest wins the race but has to be no slower than 15m/mile or so the race will take forever! And no more than a certain minute walking. 2. Each RC presenter has a team of 24 and collaboratively try run from JohnOGroat to Land End in the shortest amount of days - I'm sure there are lots of willing volunteers in the subscribers' list! 3. Hosting a running take on a quiz show for other three to complete (and the point is to allow the subscribers to try to join in) Looking forward to the next - loving the content during lockdown!

Years ago before I had my extended break from running some colleagues and I used to have a monthly handicap run. Basically it was people starting on a time stagger and trying to chase down the slower, earlier starters over a set course. I managed to come third once out of about 40 of us! If you all have access to a pre-determined course you can run the course at your own convenience but you need to work out the handicap in advance based upon recorded times over lockdown for similar distances. It was great fun to see a mass of runners converging on the finish line. All good fun.

Literally was just having a conversation about the fact that in the last year I've upped my speed work but decreased my consistent pacing work being the reason I've slowed down over 5km! Felt vindicated watching this video and giving me great inspiration for something to try. One my old club did was running out and back, you had 25 minutes to run as far as you could out and then had to get back within 25 minutes. Winner was a combination of closest to 50 minutes and furthest distance

Awesome videos love what you're doing. I have a question. What do you do if the person you run with runs a lot slower than you. Do you run at your own speed or do you slow your speed down to match theirs while you talk to them and then find time later to do another run? And then a second follow up question :-) how do you stay motivated? I never had this problem before but I've been injured a lot and it's hard to get going. Thank you for any advice in advance.

I just though of another awesome challenge idea! Because everyone loves music while running so much, the challenge is to pick an album and the length of each song is how fast you have to run that kilometre. The number of songs in the album is how many kilometres you have to run. Most songs are 3 or so minutes so you'll have to be strategic with your choice! Enjoy.

My average pace was 5:35/km with these splits 1. 5:42 2. 5:26 3. 5:31 4. 5:26 5. 5:36 6. 5:51 7. 5:33 8. 5:12 (dodgy GPS saying I was running 3min/km at one point during that km 😂) 9. 5:47 10. 5:37 (Anna)
