I understand your point but people also need to be realistic, it is true that he plays the game with passion like no one else's, and that he probably outhustles everyone every time, but that doesn't mean that he's making the right decisions while doing it... The team was playing extremely well, and was having a couple of rallys (I don't know if I wrote that well) and Russel instead of keeping the phase and find the hot hand, took 3 pointers (knowing he's awful at that) or forced passes with no room whatsoever for the ball to get to the shooter... He literally has EVERYTHING to be that missing piece the team needs to be between the top 8 teams in the NBA, but his consistency is awful. They could've won this game if he played on an Elite level

Westbrook's stats look good because he started making his baskets when the game was out of reach. The only players who played well before Denver made their push were Max Christie and K. Nunn.
