TPMS is a must for our camper. I’ve had a similar system to the one you have for years and definitely a piece of mind. When you get your new trailer change out the valve stems to metal bolt in ones. The rotational weight of those sensors can wear and break the rubber stems over time. Great info on the system you purchased!

I drive semi and on steers we usually run 100 or 105. Drives and trailer tires are 110

I bought a brand new aluminum car trailer. It had cheap china made tires when it was built. I put Goodyear trailer tires on it after I had a blowout on my way to Texas to pick up my Cobra-Jet. I also carry 2 spares.

You can also carry a small piece of 4x6 with you instead of a jack. Just roll the good tire over the board after you losen the lug nuts on the blown tire wheel.

Cool gadget! A must for anyone towing a trailer. Maybe you can revisit this and show us the tires filled and the dash screen display matching the tire gauge reading? Good episode JD.

Another tire maintenance is to check your date codes on your tires. When you buy a trailer the tires may be older than the trailer. Check with tire manufacturer to find out when to replace tires.

Very fortunate that no damage occurred to the trailer. I've seen some carnage after a blowout like that.
