Thank you for this! We as an organization are in the middle of transformation journey from Waterfall to Agile approach primarily because of changing nature of Projects that we currently have. This video was much needed.😊

realy love the content , i have this question how to balance the executif demand for transparence and clarity (timeline, resources, delivry) vs the way agile teams work , in my company we use an hybrid method , like waterfall for planning and agile for execution , what about this kind of solution ?

it is a thin balance because executives need to understand the tradeoff between speed and control. If you implement agile you need to delegate several decisions and control to the team. If you can not do that as executive it becomes complex. Loved this question. I will record a podcast on that 😃
