Thanks for pointing out the Dust shortage. Many people were complaining that Ruby's fighting style has changed (which has some merit, in the case of her wild cape physics), but I can tell the increased use of her Semblance was definitely a deliberate narrative choice. Hope to hear more as we approach the date. :)

I would like to point out that when people theorized that Adam and Ruby were connected at the beginning, Monty said no. The difference between the two was "wilt" (Adam) and "scatter" (Ruby). So Ruby scatters like rose petals? I'm starting to think, as well as a few others on the sub reddit, that speed was a red herring to describe Ruby's semblance or at least incomplete explanation. I would also like to point out how in the RWBY V2 WoR: Aura, it heavily implies semblances can evolve or change the more you use it (case in point: Ozpin and Schnee glyphs)

I don't think Ruby was just being a dick to statues either. It was kind of like "I'm here to replace the old guardians!" or "Your Huntress has returned!" type of foreshadowing. I wouldn't be surprised if the townspeople come out bowing to her and trying to touch her cause they think she can heal them or something X{p

hey swarley do you think that rubies semblance is speed because the only one who said that is pyrahh (and no hint to prove otherwise in till now) because as stated by winter a semblance as multiple aspects and the reason why the schnee semblance as such a broad name (glyphs) because they have generations to discover its aspects (because it is hereditary) so there fore rwby semblance might be something akin to a logia Devi fruit from the anime and manga one piece where in that series depending on what logia devil fruit eat you are able to turn into a element such as fire, ice, and light. SO i conclude that Ruby's semblance turn here and parts of her into roses. what do you think?

I don't think it's church for amber or summer seeing how i don't think they can be older than thirty and what you saying would take generations for it a real religion I think it's just to be a virgin Mary stand in.
