I have a few friends with ptsd, I coudln't serve but have medical ptsd, from a nurse during my back surgury deciding not to wake me up to give me pain meds. However pain during a procedure doesn't bother me, being in a hospital doesn't bother me. Put an IV in me and have me hooked up to an EKG, and i start paniking and freaking out.

There were a few theories out there that Salem was the Winter Maiden. Many people see the season of winter as a season of death so it is a viable theory. One corrupt maiden trying to make the rest like herself.

When you think about it, Salem seems to be at least half grimm, if your theory is correct (which I think it is too) then maybe that's why the Silver Eyed Warriors had been "dealt with" by WTCH in the past... And probably lead to Summer's death as well. (Assuming the mission that she never came back from was an assassination attempt on Salem.)

I agree it was fast & fun but it's still missing that "Umf" that has been there in the past. The Beringle fight had it those hard hitting attacks but this one felt... soft & floaty. Dam World of Remnants always making us wait for the next episode... lol

I don't think the golden cap is the grimm jellyfish, but it could possibly be what gave Salem control of the grimm to begin with. Which means the golden caps power has been used up and is a part of Salem now, or it is the relic she is looking for. ;)

Swarley Underhill That's another possibility I thought. After all, some people thing the relic she's looking for is Ozpin's cane. I have little knowledge of the Wizard of Oz other than what's commonly known. It makes me just want to read I believe the twelve book series to find any connections. Also LOVE your theory about Ozpin.

Hmm possible

The bow was all about Blake hiding who she really was. The last 2-3 episodes of volume one touched on this mostly. But I thought she would have held onto it more as another way to hide from Adam and the White Fang. Maybe taking it off during a fight saying "I refuse to hide who I am anymore" but maybe I was building it up in my mind the same way Sun built Blake up in his mind lol It might have been in her glove at first but I think the bug became the tattoo on her back after she got the Fall maiden's power. Notice how the glove was absorbed by her hand at the same time. Grimm are probably afraid of silver eyed warriors because they can be easily killed by them. Look at what Ruby was able to do to that Dragon when she went all Gohan on it. :)

Well that brings up the question of how valid the promo art is, let's see... Ruby: The same. Weiss: Pony tail still to the side, maybe she will be forced to make it centered (or maybe spin that event where it actually empowers her idk). Blake: ... #fuckthebow Yang: Maybe the one handed fighting style, though I wonder how they would practically justify that cause you know 2 arms are better than 1 in a fight. (Maybe an evolution of Yang's semblance happens?)

Don't get me wrong I liked the fight as a whole only couple of things I didn't like. Camera blocking and pacing mostly. When fighting giant monsters you can't be as close up and in the viewers face when you have to stay in a wide shot all the time to fit the monster in frame. And the pacing you always have to pause and make time for people to jump up to or climb up to the monsters before they even attack. Meanwhile hand to hand combat is much more focused on the subjects that are fighting and any jumps or running is part of the choreographed fight moving from place to place. ;)
