I love my fan mostly due to both power options and for its portability

As a Florida resident this fan would be great to have if a Hurricane comes through and power is out for days. Sure we have generators but gas is also limited or unavailable for days so the battery option is great. With a power inverter for the car you can easily charge batteries in the car and you're good to go again. I will be adding 1 or 2 of these to my household.

I love it. I have multiple batteries and typically only run it in the afternoon for a few hours on the medium setting. Works great but is a bit pricey.

I love Ryobi and my kids know this as well and for my birthday they bought me a Ryobi starter kit that they found. It contained a drill and a 5 1/2 inch circular saw with the smallest battery and a basic charger. I looked through your videos but did not see one on this little saw. I like it but had to buy one of the bigger batteries for it to get a better run time.

I been eyeing this fan for pluging in to one of my inverter power source with the 120v plug I don't want to buy into the ryobi battery platform but if I like it I might buy a battery for it

I’ve just ordered one of these. Funny how the model numbers are totally different to tools sold in the USA compared to those sold in the UK. The cordless and mains hybrid is unique.

Home depot has been raising and lowering the fan prices for 2 years that i know of. One day this price. Next day that price. Then the weekend comes and it might go up or down. I bought a work fan and a commercial fan both for $80 each. Next day 1 went to $120 the other $100.

I am looking at one of those for my garage. I was thinking about combining it with a mist cooling kit from amazon. it would be perfect form my garage , which has limited power outlets and in desert summers it get super hot in there.

The video looks too dark. More light, or post-processing may help. Your evaluation of the fan seems very reasonable. If the lower speeds run for longer it may be a better fit for battery use.

I said it in your first look at this fan, I would like it, but it is way, way, way over priced, especially considering it is not even brushless. For some reason, the mark-up on fans and lights are totally unrealistic. It's a pretty useless tool, but if you can figure out a good reason to buy the 18V Ryobi 1 gallon air compressor, that would make and interesting review. I bought it when it first came out, (just because), but still haven't used it. Hope you're enjoying Fla.

Im kinda disappointed in this fan because of the speeds. Speed 3 should be at speed 2 and speed 3 should blow a little more and speed 1 barely puts out air. I know that people will disagree but i have a Milwaukee 18v fan and in my opinion it blows more on hight than this fan. This fan blows air outwardly more than the Milwaukee cause it's a 18 inch. I would never put this fan on a lower speed than high cause it's not worth it. Now on the plus side I like this fan cause it's hybrid. Who knows I might have a dud.
