Same here Bro, I've only had one ryobi tool give me a problem after at least 15 years of using a large platform of their 18v tools and table saws, getting ready to take advantage of home depots black Friday sale and grab the new brushless hammer drill and free tool combo, probably the brushless impact

agreed. Ive invested in Ryobi and Milwaukee. Both are great but Milwaukee doesn't even make an 18v inflator. Ryobi has 3 different ones. Just picked up the Ryobi brushless jigsaw bare tool for $64 brand new. Milwaukee wants $199....no thanks. Ryobi also makes better nail guns than Milwaukee any day of the week, and for considerably less coin too.

Because some people are very naive, gullible, easily manipulated and persuaded and ultimately brainwashed into thinking there is nothing comparable to Milwaukee, makita, dewalt etc....yea like this video says it all!! Ryobi tools are just getting better and better. That company definitely has a bright future ahead of them because they are making some tools that literally nobody else makes like that cordless pool vac and that modular garage door opener as an example, and they are pretty stout tools as well.

Tool Review Zone It makes me wonder if they will come out with a Ryobi Industrial series kind of how Black and Decker Industrial came about. I have an old 90’ Black and Decker Industrial screw gun that has a ton of drywall dust that it has sucked in and it still is running just as strong as my Makita screw gun.
@ToolReviewZone
@ToolReviewZone 6 жыл бұрын
If they do PC, it will probably be in the RIDGID or even possibly the Milwaukee like-up. Black and Decker used to be awesome, but I can't really speak for them today as I don't really use their stuff
@richardbadish6990
@richardbadish6990 2 жыл бұрын
@@spreaddeezhazelnutz7511 Hey Bud, they already have an industrial/professional line. It's Ridgid, and Milwaukee. Yes, they are made by the exact same company! Lol TTI is the parent company of them all. Last time I checked. Ryobi and Milwaukee are made in the same exact factory! They do this by catching all the consumers! Milwaukee is professional grade, Ridgid is a prosumer grade. As in a handyman if u will. And Ryobi is for the average home owner sort of speak. But they test these ideas out with the cheaper brands first to see what kind of reaction they get from the consumer. Then if it's big enough and warrants a better more heavy duty one. They will put it in their Milwaukee or Ridgid line up. Milwaukee's 12volt line is absolutely amazing! You can't go wrong with their 12v line. It's fairly affordable and there's so many different tools available it's insane! They all perform extremely well too! I've got 12v impact wrenches in the stubby configuration that have a breakaway torque of 250ft-lbs! Which is absolutely amazing for its size! Only thing I absolutely hate about Milwaukee. Is the way the batteries attach! 18v lines is really bad! The battery wobbles right out of the box! If it's a heavy use tool. Eventually it'll lose contact because it gets so wore out. So u have to tape it! Which is ridiculous! However they have a great warranty tho. 12v line is not as bad. But it's a pain getting the batteries out sometimes. Because the tabs are tight when new and u have to squeeze the shit out of them to get it out

I love this tool, only had it for a couple of weeks, it took several trigger pulls(it will stop once it feels that its pretty tough but every time you squeeze the trigger will continue cinching up until its all the way thru) but it cut itl,I had to cut some automotive 3/8" hardened steel solid steel bar it took several trigger shots but it cut it, very violently mind you when the second part of link was cut, so use caution and safety gear,I had tried to cut this bar with my so called "Monster" 30" bolt cutter but it was impossible unless I blew my biceps so this thing totally saved me.

Those work much better than I thought they would. I was extremely surprised that they cut through the stainless steel lag bolt. I wonder how much replacement jaws would cost? I found it hard to believe that you couldn't adjust the jaws, so I looked at the instruction manual. ADJUSTING THE JAWS See Figure 4, page 8. With use, the jaws may develop a gap that could result in incomplete cuts and should be adjusted. WARNING: Never remove the jaw cover before making a jaw adjustment. Attempting to adjust the jaws without the cover installed can result in serious personal injury.  Remove the battery pack and place the tool on a flat surface with the eccentric bolts facing up.  Using a 13 mm wrench, hold the eccentric bolt. With a second 13 mm wrench, slightly loosen the lock nut on the other side.  Turn the eccentric bolts to adjust the jaws until the gap is closed.  Tighten the lock nut.

Hey Josepth. It's real not meant for that as its marketed as a bolt/lock cutter. It probably would not work that well for long term use

This is actually a great question and something I now wish I would have added to the review. If you are under an inch, I would think you should have no issue with it. I haven't personally tried it, but it should work

You should have cut at the shoulder of the stainless bolt where the metal was thick and then the threads you can cut easy through threads part of the metal is machined away due to threading. Not a admonishment to you I’d just would have like to see that.
