Sabudana Khichdi is an Indian dish made from soaked sabudana.Navratri special tasty healthy food recipe. it is nearly pure carbohydrate and has very little protein, vitamin or mineral.The addition of peanut to sabudana khichdi adds to the protein making it a more balance meal.
ingredients:-
.150 sabudana
.100 gm peanut
1 boiled potato
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chop green chilli
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
1/2 lemon
chop coriander
