Hello Friends,
I'm gayithri , I'm here with my new innovative video. today amma is showing her old traditional method of preparing sambar powder.
Ingredients

coriander seeds 1kg ಧನಿಯ
cumin seeds 1/2 kg ಜೀರಿಗೆ
roasted gram 1/4 kg ಹುರಿಕಡಲೆ
bengal gram 1/4 kg ಕಡಲೆ ಬೇಳೆ
moong dal 1/4kg ಹೆಸರು ಬೇಳೆ
black gram1/4 kg ಉದ್ದಿನ ಬೇಳೆ
whole turmeric 1/4 kg ಹರಿಶಿಣ
poppy seeds 100gm ಗಸಗಸೆ
fenugreek 50gm ಮೆಂತ್ಯ
clove 10gm ಲವಂಗ
pepper10 gm ಕಾಳು ಮೆಣಸು
mace 10 gm ಜಾಯಿಕಾಯಿ
cinnamon 10gm ಚೆಕ್ಕೆ
cardamom 10gm ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ
kopak buds 10gm ಮರಾಠ ಮೊಗ್ಗು
kanchi buds 10gm ಕಂಚಿ ಮೊಗ್ಗು
wailong 10gm ಬಾಳೆ ಮೊಗ್ಗು
star anise 10gm ಚಕ್ರ ಮೊಗ್ಗು
caraway 10gm ಶಾ ಜೀರಿಗೆ
bay leaf 10gm ಪಲಾವ್ ಎಲೆ
dry fenugreek leaves 10 gm ಕಸೂರಿ ಮೇತಿ
stone flower 10gm ಕಲ್ಲು ಹೂವು
dry curry leaves 50 gm ಕರಿಬೇವು
rice 1/4 kg ಅಕ್ಕಿ
rock salt 100gm ಕಲ್ಲು ಉಪ್ಪು
