Yes I am in a very future opening a street food pure vegetarian Dhaba ( all chat pat ) . Yes I have imported lots of automatic electric equipments and one of them is is to make Live kittchu, . Thank you for recipe. I am making this all the time but sometimes I had issues with getting green colour. We all like we all wants to look and taste amazing. So I did stared adding coriander. I live ok uk since last 40 years and my name is Trupti. Khichu is our favourite. My son and daughter in law loves it. My mum can eat khichu once a week 😂she really enjoys it with Achar masala and peanut oil. Thank you for amazing recipe and I enjoy watching and learning. I think it’s so important that Flour is fresh and also the papad Kharo or baking soda I had problems sometimes khichu not cooking tasty because here we don’t get really fresh flour. Most time it’s fine. Thanks anyway .
