People saying he isn't a homesteader. While that may or not be true he is giving valuable information on how to acquire land and how to make money off it.

Jill I love your channel but this title needs to be different. This is not a homesteader making a living off their farm. This is an investor and knows nothing about homesteading.

If SHTF this guy is going to be relying on his staff to butcher his meat and bake his bread. This guy is a businessman/investor, not a homesteader. I thought the whole point was to break free from the systems and learn how to do things yourself, not outsource everything to "on site staff".. I mean, a full time on-site permaculture consultant? Really? lol. How many homesteaders are actually going to (or can even) do this? It's decent business advice I guess, but I was here for the homesteading content, not unrealistic get-rich-quick schemes. I'm pretty sure most of her audience is not able to do a large scale business like this guy. Making $30k per month after 7 months is just not realistic for most of us, sorry. He also does not seem to actually live on his land, it's completely for generating revenue.. so it's really not relevant to me and many others I'm guessing. I just found this whole interview to be contradictory to what this podcast was about. I get that outsourcing some things is beneficial but this episode was kind of a turn off for me. This episode should be titled "how to find your dream investment property and make it pay for itself." It really has nothing to do with homesteading. He simply used the homesteading lifestyle as his marketing scheme to attract visitors to his property. Overall, this episode is more business-first, with homesteading as a part of the business model. I think people are looking more to prioritize homesteading, then to turn it into a business as a secondary benefit.
